in my area we have seen more than 100% growth in Broadband connections.

for every disconnection of broadband (if it happens) we connects Two broadband connection through friends, mouth publicity, public awareness, providing prompt service, imparting knowledge about basic troubleshooting steps, giving Helpline Numbers and Websites addresses, keeping our Official WLL Mobile phone switched ON from 10-6pm and attending most of the calls, providing numbers of JTOs SDOs DETs DGMs and GMs in case of emergency or delayed resolution of Complaints, in some cases we have even given our personal mobile numbers to Govt., Hi-Fi (not wi-fi ;-)) ) customers and those having high business plans so they would not suffer any downtime and always remain loyal to BSNL.
There are number of factors which i cant discuss but in short we keep them networked with BSNL Broadband only. in some cases i have even called Banglore NIB for the broadband solutions and DSLAM connectivity.

Most of the complaints that irritates subscribers are:- related to LINE Quality, No DSL, NIB Down, CDNP BB Numbers not restored well in time, Viruses in Computers.

i have been into broadband care since 2005 but officially i am TTA (Broadband) for the last 15 months.

Now for the last six months of launch of Data Cards in our area we have sold nearly 300 Cards which in turn generating revenues around 1,50,000 Rs Per month. And My personal target to sell EVDO-NIC Cards in the next six months would be 600-700. So our monthly revenues alone from Data Card will reach 6 Lakhs per month, which will be more than my Office Staff's monthly salaries. Only then i will feel that i am giving  more than what actually i get from my company BSNL.

If every Officer/Engineer of BSNL has some targets like this in their respective sections, then We can actually say that WE ARE NO.1 Telecom Company of INDIA.

We can do whats in our Hands rather than asking others to do the Same.
