Dear friends,

I think what Prithpal has achieved is good for us.But the same Prithpal should take the leadership of FNTO/NFTE if we decide to support them in the future.At present situation BSNLEU can play a key role. Even the management accepted our documents for service reduction only through the letter pad of VAN Namboodiri since he is the GS of the recognised union i.e.BSNLEU. Now a days BSNLEU's District and circle conferences are going on. I request all the TTA members of BSNLEU to participate in it and raise our problems and demands. In Kerala,we are participating in BSNLEU's district conferences and raising our voice sharply. Earlier BSNLEU leaders were very reluctant to accept our demands. But now a days at least they are accepting our demands due to our pressure in the conferences. They may do it or may not. That depends on the pressure from other parts of the country also. Anyway if the likes of Prithpal becomes the GS of BSNLEU/other in the future then the future of newly recruited TTAs is very safe.

You are wrong dear being a Snatta member if we are branch sec., president etc why we are not accepting DIstt. Presidency. This is the point where we lagging behind. dear we have to

use BSNLEU instead of they uses us. If we will succeded then we got everything that we wish.Now think if they do anything against TTAs then he must know that PRITPAL SINGH is the member of SNATTA and he will oppose it.He will not support our strike programe.

If in every SSA one seat in our hand then they must more afraid from ur just think on this. we are leaders for welfare of employees whether he is TM,TTA or anything. many problems of our cadres solved when i sat on president chair.DEAR NOW THEY APPROCHED ME BUT PEHALE KYA THA I APPROCHED HIM. THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE.

I think it is not a good step... but being a SNATTA member, how can u be as dist. president of BSNLEU. BSNLEU is meant for all the non-executive cadres. You should satisfy so many other people of other cadres. You should work for them. You should follow the BSNLEU policies. They have some policies, which may not be good for DRTTAs (like time bound pay up gradation). Main issues of BSNLEU deal with welfare of TMs /TOAs /retirees /even casual mazdoors etc. you cannot concentrate on problems of TTAs fulltime.

I think it is better if we keep away from BSNLEU. Not only BSNLEU,NFTE, FNTO and any other unions. Just we should give external support to them.

Friends, this is my opinion only… don't feel otherwise.
