Re: [TTABSNL] against MT RR

Dear friends,
I do agree A COURT CASE must be filed for natural law for justice of equal opportunity must be filed , if we selected that will be due to our ability not due  to "ANY KRIPA PAATRA "
AND Management will get better from best not from the only AVAILABLE for it , which is tried ,can't be replied in court why compettion is  shrinked from 12000 to 2300 only due to the strike of one cadre and pleasing them. WHY JTO's are escaping from healthy competition for MT ?. IF IT NOT HAPPENS THEN TRY for basic eligibilty for JTO-INTERNAL must be TTA + Qualification +7 years exp. ,why they are making JTO from Sr.TOA,Technicians and Linemans.

Friends,

This management has very wilfuly palyed the divide and rule policy again, earlier BE(elect) were not eligible, and now they have made US not eligible.
I think this managemnt is crap and the people who feel proud to be called ITS are bullshit, because after MT RR2007 they have come with  new MTRR2009 which is filled with several descrepancies which can be challenged in courts.

First of all they have excluded the non executives from this whole process,so those who are having BE nad 4 years can very well cahallenge this clause. In MTRR2007 management had no objection to our eligibility but this time they have barred us,maybe to appease DRJTOs.Earlier  a DRJTO had to compete with TTA (BE plus 4 years) ,but now they have no competition.
So by denying a non executive with the requisite qualifiaction to appear in MT management is denying our fundamental right of equality and equal oppurtunities in employment.

Secondly,as per the minutes of 15 NCM it was proposed by managemt itself that 25 percent would be made available to BE irrespective of executive and non executive,so by arbitrarily changing the RRs they have breached a kind of agreement reached upon with the recognised union.

Thirdly, the BSNL management has not made provisions for OBC Quota and age relaxation to OBC candidates as per the supreme court directives in this regard.

Fourthly as per the syllabus of MT Internal one has  to appear in papers that are taught in management schools,if the qualification is BE plus 4 years of experience then why the syllabus contains management papers instead of papers relating to our deepartment like .transmission, switching, microwave, computers, gsm, cdma, etc etc.

Earlier the AIGETOA was against the MTRRs but I think most of its member wouldfill up the form even if RP Sahu (GS) opposses it because no one would like to miss the golden oppurtunity.

So we are all alone in our fight,we have to to early whatever we have to do.If NAMBOODIRI can give guarantee that he will not let MT happen without a change in present RR then also we should not sit idle believing his words, because time is little.

we should start preparing to file a court case to get a stay and start collecting funds.
