this is koticha kinjan from kutiyana and gujarat state(DR tta at 2008 )

i had same problem at party like phone line is busy

i had ITI modem what could be solution of same?

and one another problem is at another party is

when one try to insert modem through splitter at same time phone line breaks down and our telephone not works

i had also changed splitter and modem with new one but it does'nt work a

as modem remove phone start work accordingly

what could be problem
