Fw: [TTABSNL] executives in bsnl are like politicians

bina roye to maa bhi apne baccho ko dudh nahi pilati hai (mother doesn't feed child untill he cry) , so friends abhi kuch nahi kiya to DRTTA kabhi bi na hi JTO ban payenge na hi MT ka exam de sakenge.

Those who fight againg managment has rewarded with MT exam eligibility , but we silent TTAs are getting nothing . we r not eligibile for JTO and MT exam. our leader should start agitation programmes like JTOs and fight for right otherwise we will be TTA forever and ever and ever .......................... ?

start fight to get the eligiblity for MT exam, first we have to get the stay from honorable court to stop the exam and to get the eligiblity for non executives also.

Always officer unions play politics and the management also do like that only.

irrespective of officers whoever have btech all of them must write exam.

if any of us has stuff he will select that sol, what jto/jao do.

he is also a man, we also like that.

managment thinking that bsnl run by officers only , not by non-exec staff. so we ask them why unnecessarily put this much of our staff. only officers run this bsnl. To run company all are needed. so pl pressureise the banleu chq in this regard.

otherwise again give a call like mass c/l or delhi chalo

OFFICERS CONTRIBUTED 2000/5000 Rs each on their strike for media coverage and publicity from their pocket, we also contribute to get these

if once this chance miss to get eligiblity for MT, Its BETTER TO MASS RESIGN BY ALL TTAS TO THIS BSNL.

Dear friends as we know that management going to recruit MT from external and Internal quota .But friend this time we are not eligible for this post .

During first time formation of RR of MT last year Com Namboodari taken our issue in 15 national council meeting and management was accepted and include group –C also for this post (Attached details)
It is also true that this time management was under pressure of DR- JTO.
If Only 10000 JTO can do this then Why we TTA can not (Even other group-C also with us)
There are appx.. 60% degree holder in TTA cadre and remaining going to complete there degree with in a year .

Therefore one again I am requested u all and our respective CS, CC, GS, and President that once again give a call.

Asked a simple question to Com Namboodari that why all time Management ignoring decision taken in national council related to TTA Only either it was Reduction in service condition or it is MT eligibility.

I am ready to to go Delhi so dear friend call and motivate all friends as early as possible.
