You are absolutly correct. But our JTOs and SDEs are not ready to do so. They really not using our own facilities. But in this case we can do better. We must give our ideas to them. They will try to do atleast one of them. If we have open forum for BSNL employees of each circle, and Executives are ready to hear from us, ready to discuss operations with us, then we can make best result.
We can only hope for a better future.
