Dear friends,

the recent developments on AIGETOA site underline 4 things-

1.TTA who is a JE/JTO is working like technician

2 JTO who is AE/SDE is working like JE

3 once this issue is resolved the promotional channel will be JE to SDE and AE to DE

4 it is good to see that TTA word is visible on several places in the website which shows that AIGETOA realizes that only TTA & JTO are the sufferers on all fronts such as EPF,PENSION,PAY SCALES AND PROMOTION POLICY

secondly reg issue of funds as discussed i think LALIT is correct and has raised a good point the solutions could be-

1 we should ask BSNLEU to share the funds 60:40 and tell them that if we are not given our due we may explore our own front
