It has a lot of negative impacts. Govt. started to try it for in the early 2000s. If it had happened at that time then even you would not have given an opportunity to write an outside exam last year. Can you show any private company conducting these kind of outside exams? But in the present scenario the qualification,ability,dedication etc. goes un noticed. It becomes useless in BSNL. So we may try this opportunity to achieve our goals. But for that we should be given clear cut assurance from management. Otherwise we will lose in both way.i.e.management will not give anything to the so called qualification,ability,dedication etc. and at the same time we will lose support from other unions for our demands also.

It is a very serious&complicated issue. CHQ cannot take a blind decision on it. CHQ will analyse all the sides and will do good 'tactics'. I appeal all the friends to keep away from asking the CHQ to clear its stand on this issue. But you can discuss it with your circle office bearers. We will take a decision as per the situation and it may be changed if the situation changes. We don't have any political or ideological view on it. One and only one thing is how to utilise it for our goals. For that we may be compelled to shift our stand from time to time.

Hay friends....

I would like to get some info from the leaders.
Now a days, discussions are going on 'disinvestment' ... actualy what will be the stand of SNATTA in this ?
If opposing,
why ?
Is there any benefit for the BSNL or its employees.. or its customers ?

If we perform like this (in the last financial year, profit was just 114 cr, that was about 10000 cr in 2005, ie 99% drop ) i dont think it can stay for a long time...

It is high time...
BSNL Should hav a change..
