Dear Gaurav,

Thanks for directing me. I agree with your suggestion. Definetely I will write a complaint to the Staff Grievances Officer of my SSA. But if SDE (HRD) is appointed then I am quite sure he is already under pressure from our GMT to not let me relieved. B'coz I have already written a letter to GMT on 16-7-2009 and my letter reached SDE (HRD) instead, directly from Dak Recieving branch and it didn't went to GMT.

I came to know on the same day that my letter has reached SDE (HRD) instead of GMT. This is the only reason that if SDE(HRD) read it and didn't take any action, this means they are applying "Jungle Raaj" to thier employees and no body will ever listen to me as they all think they are Loins of a same jungle and no one can beat them or disobey their meaningful illegal orders.

That is why I have decided to grab them all through thier superiors. I'm sure you must have understood the situation in my SSA and now please refresh your opinion to my next move.

Hi Sandip,

after going through your case, I will suggest you to stay wherever you are posted in written. Simply refuse to reort to DE (Mktg) without receiving an official relieving from your current controlling authority even if you have to work only for two hours with DET (Mktg).

Following the official protocol will suit you and nobody has a legal right to post you anywhere by giving a verbal order.

If anybody further makes an issue, instead of writing to CGM/DGM (Mktg), just write a complaint to the Staff Grievances Officer of your SSA (Generally SDE (HRD) is appointed as the same).

Send the complaint through proper channel. That will be sufficient to take care of everything.
