you won't get any discount on any services unless and until its clearly written in the tariff plan. so u won't get any discount on EVDO. and dear pls see tariff plans on bsnl.co.in before posting any such msgs.
by the way...you can refer my previous emails in which i have described plans on EVDO and NIC data Card
