dear Moni pl check the 2nd point mentioned in you mail, carefully 5 year periodicity has been sent for DOT approval & not "30% fitment with 5 year periodicity",  as is written in your mail. the issue of 30% fitment is to be discussed in wage negotiation committee meeting.only what we have got from this whole thing is 2 extra basics, which anyway we would have got either now or after settlement of wages. regarding HRA & other issues were going to be settled anyway. management has given a sweet pill to our beloved unions & they have gleefully accepted the same. my point in writing all this is that we should remain vigilant while juding the management decisions. regards  Er.
