| dear Moni pl check the 2nd point mentioned in you mail, carefully 5 year periodicity has been sent for DOT approval & not "30% fitment with 5 year periodicity" management has given a sweet pill to our beloved unions & they have gleefully accepted the same. my point in writing all this is that we should remain vigilant while juding the management decisions. regards Er.
