you have taken the sms wrongly.
 
since 2008 batch are not yet confirmed and it may be harmful for 2008 batch ttas if they go no strike. This is the main message of that SMS. Ohterwise, excluding 2008 tta batch, all SNATTAs were supporting the strike.  Just think with cool mind and follow guidelines from SNATTA.org

I think, it's only for avoiding DoT people. Only think +vely, we can make a difference and we will get good position. If we didn't get, atleast late coming TTAs will get these. At present, the only think we can do is, hard work for the company. And try to make a change in the present scenario.
Abhilash is correct. I have a mistake in this matter. We are helpless in this matter. But I think DR-TTAs are ready to wait untill management will settle it.
I got SMS from SNATTA that, 2008 batch TTAs should not strike. Report to ur SDE/JTO (atleast over phone) on strike days.
We should report to our officers in the strike days. No need to support EU - atleast in the matter, that will affect our company's day to day work. We need a different work culture in our company.
