Dear Gireesh,

I think you are not awaken still. Actually, BSNL management is not considering 6 CPC for BSNL Non-Executives and not even following anything from 2nd pay revision for CPSU's. So dear friend I think it is hard to achieve your proposed targets. But I have full faith in SNATTA and its hard working leaders, but I feel negative response from BSNLEU because 99% I am sure that whatever the management offers for TTA's new scale, BSNLEU will not fight for even an increase of a single rupee in it.

So thank GOD that out SNATTA leaders would be present there to watch and criticise if anything happens wrong or against us.

Hi Friends,

According to the instructions given by the 6th Pay Commission for Central government employees, Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders are placed in very close pay bands (only differing about Rs 300/-). Therefore we should also get a scale close to fresh JTOs. I think both SNATTA and BSNLEU Leaders will acquire some solution in favour of us..
