u are correct,but don,t loose the confidence and be like what u now with moral values.there are lot of problems in bsnl,with out obsorption of ITS officials the working environment be like this,there is lot of indiscipline in all sections,even then we find some growth in bsnl because of the young talented engineering working force who working with outmost talent and dedication,try to grab the knowledge related to all our services and that will help u every time and any where.please remember the bsnl is good,but the persons with indiscipline attiude damaging the image of bsnl and these adversly effecting the development of organisation at all levels.please don't loose confidence and the future is on the shoulders of our young honest talented engineering team only.

i am engg graduate with AMIETE of TTA-2001 batch.i have not concenrated very much on jto-2001&2002 due to work pressure at working station,my 7 yrs of service i honestly dedicated in discharging my duties,i enjoing the same at present.but we have to fight for our rights to get the dept. promotion to jto.

the management has to take drastic steps to give assurance to the young and qualified TTAs in view of their career growth.the main worry in every mind of our TTAs is career progression.

i feel that we should directly meet cmd to convey our views in this regard. u please give ur reply by discussing with our team mates we do our best for the benifite of our team.

Let me give my opinion...about our status in BSNL.

We can classify the TTA friends as below..

1.Fresh diploma engineers, joined in 2008

2.Fresh BE engineers, joined in 2008

3.Fresh .Diploma engineers,joined in 2002

4.Fresh BE Engineers, joined in 2002

5.Diploma / Degree engineers who were worked as engineers / managers / lecturers.

For the people in category 1 &2 this job is a good opening..... ..

For the people in category 3 ,,who belived that their skill & knowledge is usefull and dreamt that they will escalaed to a good position stands cheated...rest who are luckly enough to do further studies.

For the people in category 4,,,Probably they are JTOs now.....( even though their eligblity is legally not correct for this post ......remember our appointment order phrases).... ..rest of people who missed the oppoutunity of becoming JTO have wasted their degree.

For the people in category 5........... ......... ......... .what to say ? they are useless..... ......... ......Ofcourse. ...I too fall in this category.... ..

Our......... ......... ......Talents
Knowledge
Hard-work
Sincerity
genuiness... ......... ......... .......... ......... .......has no value....@ BSNL.....

Remember the moments ....when we were working in a pvt company..... ......... ..

Only one thing i can suggest is IF POSSIBLE look for an alternate career.... Otherwise we will also become DUMB, CORRUPTED,like present workforce @ BSNL

Nobody is worried about work culture..... ......... ........so no change will happen...... .. and after 20 years we will in the same position as our old group"c" friends..... ......... ......struggling for survial.
