Dear Nasim, This fitment is not applicable to any employee who joined bsnl after 01.01.2007. They will get the revised pay scale of TTA with effect from their date of joining. The revised scale of 7100(pre revised) would be very close to 14000 plus HRA+ 16% DA as per the current situation. But we are trying to raise this scale to 9200(pre revised).
