the process of formation of new works committees is likely to be commence the main motive of these committees are to improve the work culture and development in diffrent section of bsnl at sdca level as per my opinion there should be minimum two or three members from tta side in each committee because bsnl is our future and we better know about development and work than a office clerk so each tta has moral responsibilty to take a part in these committees in any way for our better future
