Some waiting list candidates in Jharkhand & Bihar from First batch joined training on 22nd Nov. 2004. Even if 2 years relaxation is granted these members will miss the chance. I request you to look in this matter also and possibly get the crucial date fixed as 01.01.2010 along with 2 years relaxation.

now in this context friends does anybody have any clarification and coresponding letters regarding the fact that those employees who have previous experience in other govt deptts or psu are eligible or not.like i have 2 years experience in nhpc and joined bsnl in 2003 hence have 6 year 7 months service in bsnl adding a total of 8 year 7 months . so friends does any body can clarify me

SNATTA Kannur Dist General Body meeting held on 03-01-2009 at Payyannur Kairali Auditorium . Most of the TTA in the kannur SSA was presented & actively participate in the discussion. In conclusion following decision was taken
1. Send SMS to express our protest in the proposed scale for TTAs
In the on going wage revision , to VAN Namboodiri GS BSNLEU, K.Mohanan CS , Manoharan DS BSNLEU
As a first step all TTAs presented in the meeting send sms ....
2. Urge SNATTA Chq & Circle , Should not sign in the Wage agreement in the proposed form . If SNATTA sign the agreement it questioned the very existence of our association .
3.Urge CHQ and Circle to Explore all legal possibilities, if wage agreement sign in the proposed form
4. Newly Recruited Staff other than TTA, those who are adversely affected in the wage revision, also to be coordinated to express protest

Dear GS & CS,
As anand wrote the case of some TTA's of Bihar and jharkhand who are not eligible even if 2 years relaxation will be granted .The candidates have passed with the first BSNL recruit batch of bihar and jharkhand (then combined Bihar)in the waitlist but given chance for training in nov 2004 because of delay in transfering the files to jharkhand circle for persuing.The recruitment year is also the same .I want to say that is any ruling is there for the crucial date in psu recruitment rule for internal candidates. As far as i know , the crucial date should be the date of notification or advertisement. so please take this case along with 2 years relaxation and it can be done with the corrigendum regarding the crucial date.

Mumbai: The next time you decide to use your credit card on a shopping trip, think again.. The Mumbai police have busted a hitech credit card fraud which they believe is the crime of the future.
Four gadget-savvy youngsters from Andheri, two of them software engineers, got together to earn a quick buck and ended up ripping off over Rs 3 lakh of citizens' money. The foursome were arrested by the Juhu police on Tuesday. Interestingly, one of the boys was all set to leave for the UnitedState s for a job in a wellplaced computer firm ..
According to the police, the mastermind of the gang is 19-year-old Leo Paul . A second-year engineering student at a Bandra college, Paul had read about a magnetic card-reading device which could store data once you swipe a card through it. Data from at least 12 such cards could be stored at a time. Paul realised that if credit cards were swiped though the machine, the personal data of a customer stored on it could be accessed. He then teamed with Akash Kamble , a 19-year-old Lokhandwala resident, and ordered the card-reader from USA , using the Internet, since it's not available in India ..
'The boys befriended a waiter at Kings International hotel at Juhu to take their plan ahead. Every time someone ate a meal in the hotel and paid by credit card, the waiter would discreetly swipe it through the magnetic card-reader, which is no more than 6-inches long and can be stored in the pocket,'' said investigating officer Ramesh Nangare.
Once the waiter was done, he would hand over the device to Paul who would download the data from the cards on to Kamble's personal computer. The duo would then feed the data into blank cards, available in the grey market. The cards were now ready to be used in Shopping malls and theatres, or to withdraw money from an ATM.
Senior inspector Pradeep S hinde said that the boys forged information from more than 22 cards in this manner. The fraud came to light after officials from HSBC bank complained to the police. The cops quizzed customers whose cards had been duplicated and discovered they had all visited Hotel Kings International and paid by credit card. Investigators then caught the waiter who led them to the four youngsters. Paul , Kamble and the two other collegians identified as Manoj Chauhan (24) and Mahesh Valani (20), have been remanded to police custody.
NEW-AGE CRIME .
A portable magnetic cardreader can store data from around a dozen cards tha t have been swiped through it; made in China, the device was bought on the net for Rs 18,000.
The card-reader is connected to a computer and the entire data is transferred there.
The data is then stored in blank cards available in the grey market..
These duplicate cards can now be used to buy a fortune and also withdraw money from ATMs.

today morning i saw a topic in santta.org. about the decision taken by chq about not signing the agreement of wage revision without the increase of payscale of tta's from 13600 to some respectable scale. but that was removed from the website by 13.00 hrs today.
i was thinking ke ab yaar kuch stand lene lage hein appne bande bhi nahi to namodri ji namodri ji hi karte rehte hein. but i was shocked when i saw the topic removed from the site. i think they have to make pressure by being rigid on atleast some topic.
previously we demanded service condition to be reduced from 10 years to 5 years. we didn't take any stand. management reduced it to 7years because many of our chq leadears were getting eligible they accepted. and now when notification came again starting begging for relxation for 2 years not standing on the 5 year service condition.

pay scale is very important .
pay scale of tta upgradetion is more important compair to holding of ldce because due to upgradetion all of us get benifited & in ldce only limited tta get benifit.
for ldce frist we need ta calander for conducting of ldce on regular yearly basis. it is not good to conduct after a interwel of 8to 10 year.
from last 15 days i see that we are only fighting for Eligible &noneligible & we put the demand of pay upgradetion in dust bin.
i hope it is the polisy of bsnleu that tta forget the case of pay upgraedation. like the cycle issue of privies joke.

I have submitted my views about the wage revision of DR TTAs for 2008-09 batch, to my CS when demanded. By expressing yours view in TTA group result in nothing, it becomes issue. I believe in action rather than writing mails.
I know it very well that the senior TTAs are having more chance than junior, qualifying the test is just a formality & the merit will be purely made as per seniority.
Just give a look at Mr. Bandhan's wording:
Members who are already Eligible in this exam should also do the same as if any non-eligible member goes to court then this exam (may be First & Last Chance for TTAs) would be put on hold until unknown time. So pls do your best for your Friends and mates.
& my answer was it will be injustice for eligible TTAs.
I don't want to make it a issue,
Best of Luck for your action after all you are my TTA brother, if you succeed in getting a chance, i will be happy coz I'll not face any type of competition in LICE.

1. I am not busy in any type of preparation; please get it verified from ours Circle Secy. I am just consulting with him about a good book, which cover the entire syllabus. So dear your estimate is wrong.
2. There are 45 eligible & only 8 ineligible TTAs in Amritsar SSA. List has been submitted to our CS Sh. Hakam Singh. Almost there is same scenario in Punjab Circle . So please count ratio. In case of other Circles where the ineligible TTAs are more in number than eligible, the matter may be taken before concerned CGM as our senior leader explained.
3. Dear I am no accusing you; I politely explained that the delay or postponement of the LICE will be injustice to all the eligible candidates. Simply answer in yes or no.
4. Being a LCM member or Distt. Org. Secy. I can´t write any letter to management. SNATTA is doing his job very well. I consult only with ours CS or my colleagues in each SSA when needed. I cannot cross my limit.
5. I always think before write. I don´t believe in writing daily in group. I checked my mails twice/thrice or more daily.
6. The case of wage revision for DR TTAs of 2008-09 batch is much important. They are more in numbers than the ineligible TTAs. They are not going to file any case.
7. Finally dear yours estimate towards my life, study & experience is very wrong. I have vast experience of other sections also.

Let me clear your all misleading facts One by one now to make you think again for your brethren (TTAs all over India),
FIRST
there are around 2200 Dr.TTAs (5 yrs service) which are non-eligible against around 550 Dr.TTAs eligibility (7 yrs service).
SECOND
How come the 25 % TTAs getting affected if someone files case in the court. Its the other way round..!! i doubt your working in marketing section where one has to play with the numbers (plans,Schemes, Discounts, ratio, targets etc..).
THIRD
where in my letter i have said that i will file court case.? How could you directly accusing me & pointing finger to me.? Pls think TWICE before you Speak.
FOURTH
Have you wrote any letter in favor of ineligible TTAs since the announcement of the said exam, being the LCM member and Distt. Org.Sec. BSNLEU
Last but not the Least,
