i think he cannot avail leave in the name of study ......possible by extraordinary leave ...ask your SSA Establishment section and try through union...

Is there any ruleing that one can not avail study leave before complition of 5 years of service.
 
one of our DRTTA of 2008 batch seeking study leave for complition of his final year of BE.
He has completed his probation of 2 years.
The Admin people at sangli says that one can not avail study leave before complition of 5 years of service.
 
please provide any supplimentary is available.

 This is not the first news in favour of TTAs, before this they also protested the discrimination between new recruits & absorved employees in NEPP which is also in favour of TTAs.

NFTE General Secretary wrote letter to GM Establishment about conducting the JTO LDCE exam and also reducing service condition from 7 years to 5 years. Please read the attachment.
I think this is the first news from NFTE CHQ website which is favour to DRTTAs.
