I HAVE STARTED MY WEBSITE WWW.ONLY4ENGG.COM, WHICH IS BASICALLY FOR ENGINEERS OF EVERY STREAM. ALONG WITH THIS I HAVE ALSO POSTED THE FEW ARTICLES USEFUL FOR BROADBAND GUYS. THERE IS ONE BANDWIDTH METER, A GREAT UTILITY FOR OUR LIMITED DATA BROADBAND CONNECTIONS. THERE IS ANOTHER TOOL TO CHECK BROADBAND USAGE, WITHOUT LOGGING IN TO DATA.BSNL.IN. Our failures in human relations
Most of Our Failures in Human Relations are due to "misunderstandings".
We expect other people to react and respond and come to the same conclusions as
we do from a given set of "facts" or "circumstances."
No one responds or reacts to "things as they are," but to his own mental
images. Most of the time, a person "understands" and interprets the situation
differently from us. He is merely responding appropriately to what – to him –
seems to be the truth about the situation.
Ask yourself:
"How does this appear to him?"
"How does he interpret this situation?"
"How does he feel about it?"
Try to understand why he might "act the way he does"
In dealing with other people try to see the situation from their point of view
as well as your own.

Dear CHQ,
I too agree with views of some of mine friends to find some way to stop recruitment of Direct JTO till the matter of JTO LICE is cleared. Actually it happened with one of mine friends who is working with punjab govt where punjab notified for recruiment of a particular cadre without taking into account for the deparmental candidates who were also eligible for that particular post.They filed a case in punjab and Haryana Highcourt where the court gave the instructions to hold the departmental exam first and eventually it happened.Actually the loss with direct recruitment is that demand for the staff is getting fullfilled by direct recruitment so management is least intrested in conducting LICE.The number of landline connections are decreasing day by day and it may happen that till the time issue of LICE gets clear the management says there are not much requirement for JTO in a legal way.Because BSNL Mangement can eventually do any thing ignoring all rules so i think we should try to stop direct recruitment of JTO by finding some legal way.
Though it is my Personal View.
