This is really been a devastating for the newly recruited TTA.that they will take lesser salary than their subordinate staff...even though they are far forward in every aspect (education, technology,etc). this is really the matter of prejudice as far as the newly recruited TTA'S are concern. they wont get any benifit from the pay revision.
This is the right time for we( all newly recruited tta's) to unite & come forward to fight against this injustice & prejudiced act.
otherwise we will suffer a lot in future as well.

Dear Rahul,
Plz consider below facts with your legal consultant.
1) 01/01/2007 is only a pointer for the wage revision so all joined before the office order for wage revision(07/ 05/2010) are eligible for fitment benefit from their joining date.
2) BSNL already allowed Fitment benefit to the JTOs Joined after 01/01/2007( what ever may be reason) that is also a claim for us.
3) We (TTAs) the supervisors of TMs already gained one increment after our appointment with higher pay than TMs, now we (the supervisors) are going to be placed below the TMs.This is pure discrimination.
4) Our medical and training allowances in the new scale is also lesser than our old scale. There is no supporting rules for reducing any allowances after pay revision.
Plz go through the T.N government order (they follows central pay commission).

+ 300 (TOTAL 600) FROM THE MEMBERS FOR BUILDING AND OTHER LOCAL FUNDS FROM
THE SALARY ARREARS.

personally we should not give this amount...instead divert the amount to
SNATTA account for court case or for SNATTA building at least we can avoid

There is no surprise that this CS not hearing your words. He doesn't even hear our leaders words. Whenever we try to talk with him it always ends in shouting,firing,threatening etc. He made some Sr.TOAs to file a court case so that this time the exam should be conducted with 10 year service only.

BSNLEU totally cheated Post 2007 Batch TTAs. I tried to discuss the issue with the Circle Secretary, BSNLEU-Kerala he was not ready to lend his ears on this matter.
Most of the Post 2007 Batch TTAs in Kerala are members of BSNLEU and are paying union subscription per month. All of us (Post 2007 TTAs) across the country, should resign from BSNLEU and should stop the monthly subscription at the earliest.

As per ur query:
1. For gratuity & leave enc. matter related to HRD sec. so contact to ur HRD officer. There may be certain loss if ur service period is < 10 yrs.
2. for EPF withdrawn :pls. fillup EPF withdrawl form in the office duly attested & signed by AO (cash)& try to send it EPF office asap. After this formalities EPF office will issue u a chq to ur address or it may be directly deposite in ur A/C by EPF office, for this u have to confirm this process from concerning EPF office.

i am posting a mail from my frnd which i got 3 days ago who is working as
Design Engineer (equivalent to SDO rank) in CDAC. He is on Foreign
deputation in Africa project. He has been sent by the CDAC mgmt. This is his
third visit in last 1 year.
In our case we have been voluntarily asked to join this project.
As i got calls from frnd regarding DA and all *so Pls read the below

I am doing good. Yes I am in Tanzania. Foreign DA depends from country to
country.You can check with 6 Pay commission details about d latest rates.
For Tanzania the rate is 45 USD per day for first 14 days. For next 14 days
it is 75 %(i.e. 33.75 USD per day) and for the rest of the days after that
it is flat 60 %(i.e. 27 USD per day). *This sliding rate DA holds for every
country n every govt. employee on foreign deputation*, only the rates vary
from country to country.
Yes I also get my Indian salary. Other allowances/perks are
accommodation,local travel,communication charges,medical etc.
Right now at a place called Iringa in Tanzania. *My basic is 21K after d
revision of salaries*!
Traveling a lot this time, very hectic schedule.

that the conditions in that country is not so good and he has been twice
robbed by the locals on gun point. He is lucky that he is alive now. He was
roaming alone when this happened.
But my question is why BSNL mgmt. is offering only 22 dollars to SDO and 15
to TTAs in a recent notification..??
i request our GS to look into this matter as the topic is hot now. The above
rates are implemented since 1985 and never been changed. Some of the TTAs
might be interested in this project for experience, adventure etc.. We can
also contact Executive associations who were making hue and cry last time we
visited Doha, Qatar. This time BSNL employees should get their genuine
share.

i m TTA working for Pan african network ob behalf of TCIL, at Benin west africa
as mentioned by Mr.Rajesh the DA rate given by the TCIL is only 15 USD (fixed not varying according to country)
the rate is fixed in the year 1975! TCIL is not going to make any hike in the DA rate!

No. portability not before September 30
MUMBAI: The much-awaited mobile number portability (MNP) has come a cropper
once again, with officials from the Department of Telecommunications (DoT)
insisting that it may not take off before September 30.
Given that the benefits of the 3G spectrum are set to become even more
pronounced once MNP is implemented, officials of telecom majors said that it
would not be feasible to start MNP before the anticipated 3G rollout at the
end of the year. Following a series of deferrals, DoT had asked mobile
telecom players to implement the MNP by June 30. However, some telcos ,
including MTNL and BSNL, had maintained that they were not ready with the
equipment to offer MNP and had asked for more time.

pls chk ur april salary again.. it amy also includes medical allowances
which we get in jan, april, july, october.

My salary for APR 2010 without HRA is 19,861
that of MAY 2010 after revision is 19,355
*Loss of Rs 506/-*
We, New TTAs r very lucky.....

No Medical allowance in April. It was in March, Next in June.

Bandahan jee,
Pankaj Bahi is right. Just add the details he has given and Loss in Pay is very clear with new TTAs.
We have been fooled by this wage negotiation ( I include my self ) . VAN took us for granted.. He accepted the same thing management offered on 18/12/2008 ( Check BSNLEU Web site)..after such a long drama. We are at loss because of
1. Scales fixed at the lower lavel ( how come CDA and IDA scale have become same )
2. No merger of Scales( NE 9,10 & 11 should have been merged with E1 to form a new scales)
We must fight for against it. May I remind you that not a single demand has been fulfilled by BSNLEU since we signed the aggrement.
And why anybody is contributing to BSNLEU... If you are a member of Snatta you must not assosiate yourself with other unions.. in my view.

Dear Pankaj,
Personal pay is not applicable to everybody. If one's salary(Basic+DA) in the joining month decreases after revision then the decreased amount will be added as personal pay.

dear friends,
BSNLEU has circulated a letter regarding liberal donation to the union. according to them Rs. 600 are required to be donated out of wage revision arrears to be paid. They have divided the Rs. 600 as Rs 300 as donation for CHQ building fund & Rs. 300 for circle, district & branch union.
We the DRTTA has nothing to do with their CHQ building, rather we ourselves are requiring funds to resolve our pending matters. So there is no need to donate a sum of Rs. 600 for the cause. GS SNATTA should take up this matter with BSNLEU that we need money for our court cases and other activities also. So with proper discussions with BSNLEU it may be decided that DRTTA will not donate Rs. 600 to BSNLEU and the same or more amount will be donated for the cause of SNATTA and an letter of consent should be given from BSNLEU CHQ for this purpose, so that no DRTTA is pressurised by the BSNLEU DS or CS for donating the fund.
The matter should be taken up urgently as the payment of arrears will be in short course of time.
Views of all are heartedly welcome.

I think this issue should not be even discussed on the platform. There is no question of giving Rs.300/- to BSNLEU. No SNATTACHQ guidelines are there to give funds to BSNLEU.
Presently We in SNATTA are in need of FUNDS for our Supreme Court Case. I appeal to all that they should individually contribute some ammount towards SNATTACHQ FUND in National Account directly.

13. DRRTA after 2007 Resignation from BSNLEU

Dear friends,
The young & dynamic DRTAA,s who has joined after 2007 are feeling something like being cheated by the unions & management. Their MAY-2010 salary is showing a amount which somewhat Rs. 500 less than the salary of April 2010. The DRTTA,s at SSA- NAGAUR-Rajasthan has decided to resign from the membership of BSNLEU and they have submitted a signed letter to DS, BSNLEU & DS, SNATTA regarding their decision.According to them some other SSA are also on the same path. Chq should immidiately issue a clarification regarding their action.

As per representations given by Santosh anand CS SNATTA CTD. I think our SNATTA shoud get a letter from GS of BSNLEU in favour of new TTA ,similarily as all india officers association written a letter to CMD in favour of new JTOs & their problem is near about to get solved.
We have to do our best efforts.
