there is only two main issue of snatta ,

1. TTA to JTO internal exam
2. designation change

1. TTA to jto internal exam will be a dream untill old tta get promoted to JTO by one time diversion.

2. designation change is the issue in which both dr-tta and old tta are agreed.. so why we are not getting that ??

BSNL, MTNL to make big gains from intra-circle roaming pacts

NEW DELHI: The absence of a pan-India 3G licence winner may spell good news
for state-owned telcos BSNL and MTNL as private operators will have to
approach them for intra-circle roaming agreements in regions where they
themselves failed to win 3G airwaves. Executives of several telcos said they
were exploring an alliance with BSNL that has 3G airwaves in all circles as
it would be a single step solution as against stitching alliances with
several firms across the country. MTNL has 3G airwaves for Delhi and Mumbai.

�This could open a new revenue stream for us,� Kuldeep Goyal, chairman and
managing director of BSNL told ET. He did not reveal the names of firms that
have so far sought out intra-circle deals with BSNL but said the telco was
open to sharing its passive infrastructure (excluding spectrum) that it had
built for 3G services with private operators.

The top two mobile firms, Bharti Airtel and Reliance Communications (RCOM),
each won third generation airwaves in 13 of the 22 telecom zones on offer
while other major operators Aircel, Vodafone Essar, Idea Cellular and Tata
won a total of 13, nine, eleven and nine circles, respectively.

The alliance for 3G services would be similar to intra-circle roaming for
voice telephony. If Bharti Airtel wants to offer 3G services to its
customers in Maharashtra, where it has not bagged airwaves for the high-end
services, it can enter into an intra-circle roaming agreement with BSNL or
any other telco that holds 3G airwaves for that region.

This will allow Bharti Airtel to offer 3G services such as high-speed
internet, ultra fast downloads and video conference on mobiles to its
customers in Maharashtra at a premium, using the state-owned telco�s
technology platform. It will also allow Bharti Airtel or any other private
telco striking such alliances, to retain their top-end users yearning for
high-speed data services, who might otherwise switch to services of another
3G operator. This will be significant since mobile users are likely to have
access to number portability, allowing consumers to change the telecom
operator while retaining the phone number, before the launch of 3G services,
due for the year-end or early next year.

�Given the fluid Indian telecom environment, we would not rule out the
possibility that a few operators could agree on 3G roaming agreement with
other operators. This could be a result of either bilateral swaps or could
even be due to prodding of regulator,� research analysts Bhuvnesh Singh,
Sunil Tirumalai and Sagar Rastogi with Credit Suisse said in a note last
week after the completion of the 3G auctions. Romal Shetty telecom vertical
head at KPMG, says a significant amount of fee the subscriber shells out
will go to the state-owned operator under the intra-circle roaming deals.
�Everybody will have to get into intra-circle roaming pacts, that is
definite,� he says.

There is a descrepency in basic according to new scale. The TTA,s whose month of increment is dec or nov getting less basic than TTAs whose month of increment is feb or march or april.( If recruiment year is same) TTA whose month of increment is dec and recruitment year is 2002, the new basic in june 10 is 19440/- and other TTA whose month of increment is mar or april 2002 has new basic in june 2010 is 19540/-.
Pl. calculate yourself and pay attention to this matter.

same is case with executives, they got resolved , by taking an increment in the month in which the Junior will get the regular increment, the next increment to u will be after 12 months. the basic funda is junior should not get more basic the senior
