simply add 40400 priro to sim no. its the case with the cdma . eg 9184067986 then it s imsi will be 404009184067986.
for gsm , concerned the gsm tta .

Hi
This information is for GSM SIM to IMSI code
Only last six digits are considered from a SIM no to form an IMSI.
IMSI code is defined as
MCC + MNC+ MSC + last 6 digit from sim no
xxx + xx + xxxx + xxxxx
MCC-Mobile country code (for india it is 404)
MNC-Mobile Network code (Ex- For Maharashta& Goa 66 , For Gujrat 57 , For MP 58, likewise for other states also)
MSC- Main switch code ( I exactly don't know how to get this code but for Maharashtra it is defined as 2200, 1200 , 2201, etc)
Last 6 digit of SIM No.
Ex
SIM No 8991664100322016102
IMSI No 404662200016102
If I get infromation about how get MSC code i will definately forward it to u.
Actual SIM no is 20 digit but we r able to see only 19 digit. In case of activation of balckberry service for a no. 20th digit of sim no is needed. It can be calculated by an algorithm.

most of the instruments dont have drivers compatible to windows 7 , mail the query to the vendor and he will send u the proper drivers

One thing i m not undestands that why BSNL Managmmest doesn't thinks about all these things while purchasing new FWTs or NIC that their drivers and programming issues...same problem we are also facig in gujarat...we have laso oformaed to upper level but no results found....how long it happen and when this trends change in BSNL.......

1) add 4045 in front
4045
2) take first 3 no;s of third row i.e. 122
now it is 4045122
3) take last no of 2nd row and add 0 to that i.e. 70
i.e. 404512270
4) add 3rd row last two digits
40451227001
5) write last row after that
404512270012345 final imsi
in case if any help call me at 09418290200
