[TTABSNL] TA claim by TTAs posted in Braodband Section

Hi to all,

In the recent LCM meeting held at Pathankot SSA, the issue related to the TA claims of TTAs working on broadband installation and complaints was raised as most of Accounts Sections suggest for Re 1/Km. It was however suggested by a senior officer that Auto-rickshaw claim of Rs 6 Km can be made by giving proper justification. You can show the equipment being carried by you such as laptop/BB Modems/UPS in some cases etc. You can say that you are carrying all these equipments with you so need to be reimbursed the claim accordingly. You can also arrange to produce the receipts from an auto-rickshaw which can be easily arranged.
