> Yes,we differ with them (AIGETOA) on MANAGEMENT TRAINEE isuue but that can be talked about and discussed at the CHQ level.We can understand their apathy when the CMD talks of MT at E-4 level ,thus blocking their career progression.

> But MT was an good oppurtunity for us TTAs who would have another chance besides the cadre of JTO to enter the executive cadre.

> All other demand raised by the GS of AIGETOA are mostly concerned with Direct Recruits which when settled would benefit us also.

> Therefore Its my strong opinion and many others think like me when I request the CHQ SNATTA to extend their support to our counterparts in executive cadre who are facing similar discrimnation.
