[TTABSNL] Important for m all friends working in marketing field

 

Dear friends,
Hi all friends who are working with marketing field to promote our products but one suggesstion that i want to share with U as I am working in BSNL Call Center Gujarat I often marked that my JTO/SDE has access to send SMS to all Gujarat BSNL celluler customers ok, but  i had marked throughout my duty in call center that BSNL is not widely utilizing this SMS tool to promote products(celluler products are widely marketed using the SMS services) other than celluler services,suppose we have recently intoduce roaming in NIC and EVDO data cards or IP TV in BB if we send messages to  all celluler  customers with appropriate callcenter numbers i.e 1502 for WLL services and 1504 for BB services it will create a huge impact on BSNL business.One proper chhannel should be established between marketing section and Call centers to populrize not only celluler products but also  all products,so if it is possible please talk to you DGM(Marketing) or concern person to think on this pont  .

             Thanks . I wish your words come true.Even three persons are appointed, only I am working as RM in my SSA. Other two has also not relieved. Due to my daily inadequate output, our DE (Marketing) is already very sad bcoz our GMT does't listen to him also or understand his pressure from Circle office..
 
            Yesterday, on 16-7-2009 I wrote a letter to GMT Amritsar about delay in my relieving orders and willingness to particippate in the Project. But there was no progress till 17-7-2009 at 5:00 PM also. Today I have also got training orders at RTTC Rajpura from 20-7-2009 to 23-7-2009. I am going to attend it.
 
           Lets see what happens next or otherwise I have decided to write a letter to  CGMT & DGM (Marketing & Sales) after completing training if the same condition persists.
 
Please give comment to my next move as I have decided.

Itz very good to hear from u that u and 3 of ur friends are attached to Project Vijay

No need to worry because if today there is no written order but in a few days they to come with these permenant orders bcoz all these posts are directly attached to circle office.

And they will start questioning ur authorities about the outcome of this

Hence they have to provide u the permenant orders because our CGM is very much particular and optimistic on this particular project and if necessary we can also talk to AGM ( Sales ) at circle office about this matter and he will direct to your authorities to issue necessary orders .

We three TTS's have been selected as retail manager or surveyor in our SSA for Project Vijay. But we have not been issued any written orders for deputation or permanent orders as we all are working in rural areas. But verbally management is saying that you will have to start working on the project from 15th July. And also we will be working under both i.e. existing rural and new city officers (SSA Sales Head).
This will led a load of double work on us. Our output will be low....
Our union leader don't want to make our transfer permanent from rural to city for this project. But I think He will force our GMT for deputation basis..
 
What is the same status in your SSA? Kindly give me more details on the same matter for other SSA's also.

Hi friends,
as all of u know that bsnl s revenues have dipped from 36% , 3 years ago to 16% this year. Hence bsnl has taken a step to increase sales by means of providing extra incentivs to its employes so that more and more emplyes ll be encouraged to join sales team of bsnl.
acording to sources the patern ll be as follows


SALES HEAD- WILL BE A DE

FRANCHAISEE MANAGER - SDE & JTO LEVEL

RETAIL MANAGER - TTA & CLERKS

all these stafs ll be provided fixed incentive of 1500 p.m and sales related incentiv up to 3000 p.m.
so friends come forward to tak our revenues back to that 38% and even more to make our futur much brighter
