[TTABSNL] how long for rule-8 transfers

dear friends
management is asking the telecom circles to conduct internal LDCE for promotion to PM clearly mentioning about considering the pending transfers and clearing of w/list for out of ssa transfers for caliculation of posts.

but the tta's internal exam is over and almost two outside recruitments are over but cicle heads have not yet maintained any w/list nor cleared any transfers.for example in maharashtra , now new tta's will come in about 5-6 months , but no intiation from our bsnleu is started even though we are informing about this frm last 6 months.

i request the snatta on behalf of every onel to take this issue at national level as early as possible so that at least when new recruitment takes place some cases can be cleared. As it happened with jto's and now also with TM's.
