mr. chandan for  (internal)  MT it is changed to 7 years service+sde cadre. so tta's even with  7 years of service can not write MT exam

The RRs recently notified by BSNL are the POST BASED promotional system for the cadre DE & above. This is over & above the time bound pay upgradtion formula for executives earlier notified by BSNL.
 
--One major aspect of these rules as I understand, if u don't have an engineering degree with u and not a regular SDE as on 14/07/2009, then u'r carrer in BSNL is virtually finished. After JTO u may get time bound IDA upgradtion upto any level but no POST based promotion.-- -  So those TTA freinds who are not pursuing degree courses now join a correspondence degree (AMIE, AMIETE etc) immidiately. Forget everything, just aquire the degree.
 
This has nothing to do with the MT RR. The prposed MT recruitment is still on and may be done within a short span of time as per the same MT RR notified earlier subject to opposition from AIGETOA.
 
As per the MT RR TTAs are eligible of appearing in the exam for internal MT unless the HRD section of respective circles misinterpret the MT RR & then can be promoted to DE as per all india gradtion list of MT.

dear friends,
BSNL has again annonuced Recruitment Rules of BSNL Management Services exam.Previous Management Trainee exam has taken new form.
so,TTAs with Mtec and MBA can prepare nowitself for external exam because there is no change in previous RR.
for internal they had changed rules from previous MT exam.they ask 7 years experience from SDE cadre.
our GS must see this matter
