it is the real truth that u laging due to non advertisement.there is no doubt we have vast infra..but problem is that we are unable to provide service at right time ..as described by avtar singh ..about nic card....i also have data base of about 400 customer which ready to buy...but now our department..says..stock empty.....

.same in case of 3g ,,in my city 3G is launched ....customer as ready to buy..but on demo day..our network goes down/.....how u can satisfy our customer.....

same is case of customer care..they never guide properly....

Hi,

You are correct. We giving better technology for less cash. But not ready to market it properly. Why we need people who have NBA ? BSNL giving heavy scholarship for higher studies. Without MBA, we can do more better than now. Just need a discussion around the table with selected Executive - Non Executives (Never going to happen).
