[TTABSNL] Regarding BSNLMRS rule

Any body who is recruited against TTA-2007 getting the medical allowance. Because in our SSA these tta does not getting the medical allowance because they joined the BSNL in sep or oct-2008 and management says that the medical allowance is given only on the basis of april month salary and these TTA does not have any salary on april-2008 therefore they are not eligible for that even after filling the option for BSNLMRS. I reffered the BSNLMRS policy available on SNATTA site. But it is not clear in that  in such situation the medical allowance is given or not on pro-rata basis. If anybody have the clear clarification regarding this or getting the medical allowance in such a situation, so please send your pay slip of that month in which you get the medical allowance to me.
