[TTABSNL] "JTO Officiating"- Important

Dear friends,

If we get 30% fitment then the basic pay of TTAs, who completed 6 years of service, will be more than that of a fresh JTO. In the NCM we can demand JTO officiating for them. Management will have no extra financial burden in this case. Those TTAs would become more productive if they are given the charges of a JTO.

Officiating should be given only to those people who have the required educational qualification for the internal exam. All the DRTTAs are having this eligibility. At the same time TMs can't ask the TTA officiating since they don't have the required educational qualification for internal TTA exam.

Most of the Sr.TOAs have crossed the age of 50. So they can't demand the officiating.

When I joined in BSNL the very old TTAs(not officiating JTOs) who were getting more salary than fresh JTOs were saying that management is considering this case. But neither they had the reqired educational qualification for internal exam nor their increment rate was same as JTO(It was 200 or 225 for them as per their length of service.But for a JTO it was 250). But this time the increment would be same(3%) for both TTAs and JTOs.
