Friends,
EU people are agressively trying to get revised salary. Because most of them have pention.If they get revised salary 1 day before, then it will reflect on the pention they have get. Also it will be a huge burden for the management and us. Because we have no pention and we need to survive till the end of our service. So actually, we can't accept EU's all demands. They are trying to get more benifits only for them.. It never help us in a long term. Just think about it. At present, most of us have salary of more than Rs.500/- per day. If the revision delayed, then we have no problem. Because, it never affect our future. I think it's only a matter for EU people (DoTs) who have pention.
We just need to wait untill we get. Also I gon't think the management is against us. Because they need good, intelligent, hardworking, nice people who will communicate with customers nicely. The problem is the old DoTs. because if the management give us huge benifits, then it will also effective for DoTs who have pention. It will increase the stress over the management. Also affect our finantial status.
We need a new work culture than the DoTs have. it's not an easy task. For that, we need to work little bit agressively. Hope our friends have more ideas and they wil share it with us.
