* Dt 09.01.2010 In the wage committee meetings held on 05.01.2010 &
07.01.2010. On the representation of Shri Hakam Singh, Member wage
committee, SNATTA a clause has been included in the wage agreement to
provide the Reducing Pay Protection to TTA's who are recruited after
01.01.2007. The Loss in the salaries of the such TTAs will be compensated by
the management. The wage agreement will be approved on 15.01.2010. It will
further go to DOT for approval.*

* Dt 08.01.2010 * On dated 03.01.2010, a welcome party for new TTA's in
Kanpur SSA was organized. Approx. 35 to 40 TTA's including all the 12 new
TTA's attended the party and joined the SNATTA. The RCM member *Mr. Amit
Dixit & Mr Dharmendra* from Unnao was there. Present situation were
discussed and it was decided to take time from local M.P. and MoS for Coal
Shri Prakash Jaiswal on the 02 year relaxation issue. Lalit Singh, C.S. UP
