I agree with Bandhan, I'm Ajay Shukla from MP circle,nobody is eligible from MP circle in this conditon.I am also recruited of year 2002.

fist of all congrats to you as it seems you are eligible for this LICE and quite busy in exam preparation, that's why you making such hue and cry if someone files case in any part of India which literally i would have no control.
Let me clear your all misleading facts One by one now to make you think again for your brethren (TTAs all over India),
FIRST
there are around 2200 Dr.TTAs (5 yrs service) which are non-eligible against around 550 Dr.TTAs eligibility (7 yrs service).
SECOND
How come the 25 % TTAs getting affected if someone files case in the court. Its the other way round..!! i doubt your working in marketing section where one has to play with the numbers (plans,Schemes, Discounts, ratio, targets etc..).
THIRD
where in my letter i have said that i will file court case.? How could you directly accusing me & pointing finger to me.? Pls think TWICE before you Speak.
FOURTH
Have you wrote any letter in favor of ineligible TTAs since the announcement of the said exam, being the LCM member and Distt. Org.Sec. BSNLEU
Last but not the Least,

Dear Bandhan,
First of all I thank U very much for yours comments, answers for your queries are as below:
1. I am not busy in any type of preparation; please get it verified from ours Circle Secy. I am just consulting with him about a good book, which cover the entire syllabus. So dear your estimate is wrong.
2. There are 45 eligible & only 8 ineligible TTAs in Amritsar SSA. List has been submitted to our CS Sh. Hakam Singh. Almost there is same scenario in Punjab Circle. So please count ratio. In case of other Circles where the ineligible TTAs are more in number than eligible, the matter may be taken before concerned CGM as our senior leader explained.
3. Dear I am no accusing you; I politely explained that the delay or postponement of the LICE will be injustice to all the eligible candidates. Simply answer in yes or no.
4. Being a LCM member or Distt. Org. Secy. I can't write any letter to management. SNATTA is doing his job very well. I consult only with ours CS or my colleagues in each SSA when needed. I cannot cross my limit.
5. I always think before write. I don't believe in writing daily in group. I checked my mails twice/thrice or more daily.
6. The case of wage revision for DR TTAs of 2008-09 batch is much important. They are more in numbers than the ineligible TTAs. They are not going to file any case.
7. Finally dear yours estimate towards my life, study & experience is very wrong. I have vast experience of other sections also.

i guess u absolutely mis understood mr bandhan
if u were one among those who are INeligible for ldce then ur way of talking would have been different,
u have given the example of only one ssa
ldce is not about only one ssa or one circle,
common yaar
if at all if some one among us goes to court whats the problem
if some one suggests some thing whats the problem
u never raised ur voice against the injustice
to ttas in wage revision
u r not bothered about our juniors
now u r using all big words
injustice etc etc,
i understand ur feelings,
at the same time please try to understand the feelings and pain of all those who are going to miss by few months
i dont say court case is the only way
there are several ways to get things done,
collectively if all ttas
eligible and ineligible
senoirs and juniors come together,
we can do wonders

4. To eligible and ineligible friends

Hi..
Wishing every one a very happy new year..
AND hope that our chq wilL come out with flying colors on the issue of cut off date for LICE.
There are very few friends who are eligible for the exam and some are not.. inspite of passing the same competative exam. Its just a matter of chance that some are eligible or some are not.
Little shift of cut off date may cause many friends ineligible or eligible, depending on the direction of shift.
So, no one should take it granted... might be some one is eligible now marginally... just think little shift might have damaged the list..
It can happen to any one.. if today some one is eligible due to grace of god and some are not eligible after passing the same competative exam due to scheduling of training or all...
I dont find any good reason for making many of us not eligible due to cut off date only.. inspite MANGEMENT should have given the chance to all candidates who have passed the same first competative exam in their circles.
Considering the intrest of large part of the group.. there should be unanmous decision to proceed the plan... there should not be any blame game to each other that one is eligible thats why he is saying like this or one is not eligible thats why he is like this.i know at this juncture these things are obvious.... i know CHQ is taking care of it.
For Eligible candidates..... just think yourself in their shoes.. and think is this is the valid reason for them to make ineligible for lice. Dont you think this is injustice.They were also the part of this struggle from very begining how can some of us be very selfish.
FOR Ineligible candidates..If today some of you where the part of eligible candiates, you also will loose the intrest on the issue.. as you will think you are secure now.. why you should be worry for others or why you will sacrifice your chance for others... as we all know in this todays world Charity begins with home...
Its a different story all together depending if some one is in the list or not..... it chould happen to any one, not today but might be someday later on other issue .....we always need each other.
So, this should be the main agenda and the support of everyone is needed... as we have reached at this position all together....
