you have made very good points.
Qualification must not be relaxed. If someone going to be JTO then technical
know-how is must which a diploma holder already has.

in my view yes i agree with u that ur neglected or cheated or u may give any word to that
u r very much dissappointed
but what r ur duties is ur a excutive person to attend the meetings with jto
or maintaining 300 some exchanges on single hand
when u r working happily without any complications/selfish
why r u raising this pointing every time that ur unjustifed by ur dgm or other supeirors
first u know that ur a tta
and do only tta duties
dont think that ur an excutive and ur the only person working sleflesly
for bsnl
boss has a choice that he can use and command his subordinatates according to his will
at that time u have to tell that
im facing very much workpressure please arrange some other persons
and im not able to lookafter all these works
instead of that u done extra work which is not alloted to tta cadre by department
and ur blaming that snatta is not giving sapport
first resign for ur post as ds snatta for ur ssa
then do only ur work
dont make other people around u and ur superiors as lazy fellows
we r all taking salary from dept so all has to work

Read carefully before writing anything i have written 300 villages not exchanges. For winning the heart of management one door is association /union and second one is hard work.Only DGM played a trick with me because my area falls in different area of DGM. my dear friend if u want to do extra-ordinary then we have to choose extraordinary works. Have u know about SALES TEAM I am working at that time as lonely sales memeber in 300 villages when DE offered me a vehicle and other infrastrure then why cant i demand for JTO and SDE. According to Instruction of during Roadshows Tm and SDE of that area with me then why i demand one more SDE and JTO for sitting IDLE In office when i was in the field
If i demanded that u want then the name of SDE/JTO will be declared for award who will sit in AC Rooms. this is the main reason that we lagging behind.
MY DEAR FRIEND ITS NOT A STORY ITS A HARD WORK. but u cant understand it only LIONS OF BSNL understand it

If the officiating JTOs are challenging against the reduction of 10 to 7 years, then why cant we fight to revert to the old JTO recruitment rule, ie to 5 years.

Dear Preet, Bandhan and other friends....
Its not a matter of the person's personal gratitude, but its the matter related entirely to the technical minds like us. We got the education so that our minds become too sharper that No body can make us fools in ours eyes. The BSNL Mgmt had did this for sure and we wont allow this for them to have a happy sleep over the ssue and matter.
Mr Preetpal, No matter what episode the local Mgmt played is just a foul play on theirs level. some of them may be feeling repentine over the matter, but we have not to acknowledge them that the TRAIN HAD MISSED. What Bandhan had worried is also of the concern matter becouse he felt that somewhere our leadership at CHQ level is playing at underestimate level. i know when i raised the matter for the designation change and what Mr. Abhilash had
said the "he wanna see me to giving the replies of the RTIs" and till today i am egerly waiting for his comments over the replied i had given in mine returning mail. I m sure that person have nothing to say as its cant be tolerable to accept the officer's responsibilities at same financial wallet. Mr Preetpal have never demanded remenuration but one common thing is that we need (obviously every body needs..) the social recognition for the Hard work which our friends are doing...
Mr Preet, The views over the comments from Mr Bandhan is my just observation and there is nothing personal. Perheps you remember the time when i made u the call for the updated letter for the nominations reminder. there is a lot in that letter to understand, but i was bit surprised that u guys put a self decorated tag over that letter by saying that this is for only circle or the BSNL CO. Your local body must pressurise the circle with the help of that letter...but the letter was taken as just anyway.....
Now, the Most important Point :
U Just repersent your case politely to the concerned officers and if they are not getting it acknowledge, u can pull them all under the Hon'ble Indian Constitutional Act "The Indian Lok Pal Act" for Misusing their powers and see the result.. These all guys are forgetting one thing that they are the ITS officers which are under DoT and Ministry of Communication. Once they are served the show cause notice under the mentined Act, they will find no roof to hide themselves. The Indian Constitution is very strong, but these people are taking the service matters like otherwise.
They should know one thing "Agar kissiee TTA ke kissi din sarak gayee na to unka fuse udd jayega...."
Anyway....i have given u the direction, To move or Not to Move depends entirely on you.....

Kindly refer letter no 32-1/2-1 WL Sports dated 19-7-2010 regarding extending the date from 16-7-2010 to 31-7-2010 for circles have neither sent nomination for a 'SANCHAR PADAK'. Even they want nil report if there is no case. Sir If CO extend his date for the welfare of employees then why not the worthy Punjab Circle.

Its not a matter of the person's personal gratitude, but its the matter related entirely to the technical minds like us. We got the education so that our minds become too sharper that No body can make us fools in ours eyes. The BSNL Mgmt had did this for sure and we wont allow this for them to have a happy sleep over the ssue and matter.
Mr Preetpal, No matter what episode the local Mgmt played is just a foul play on theirs level. some of them may be feeling repentine over the matter, but we have not to acknowledge them that the TRAIN HAD MISSED. What Bandhan had worried is also of the concern matter becouse he felt that somewhere our leadership at CHQ level is playing at underestimate level. i know when i raised the matter for the designation change and what Mr. Abhilash had said the "he wanna see me to giving the replies of the RTIs" and till today i am egerly waiting for his comments over the replied i had given in mine returning mail. I m sure that person have nothing to say as its cant be tolerable to accept the officer's responsibilities at same financial wallet. Mr Preetpal have never demanded remenuration but one common thing is that we need (obviously every body needs..) the social recognition for the Hard work which our friends are doing...
Mr Preet, The views over the comments from Mr Bandhan is my just observation and there is nothing personal. Perheps you remember the time when i made u the call for the updated letter for the nominations reminder. there is a lot in that letter to understand, but i was bit surprised that u guys put a self decorated tag over that letter by saying that this is for only circle or the BSNL CO. Your local body must pressurise the circle with the help of that letter...but the letter was taken as just anyway.....
Now, the Most important Point :
U Just repersent your case politely to the concerned officers and if they are not getting it acknowledge, u can pull them all under the Hon'ble Indian Constitutional Act "The Indian Lok Pal Act" for Misusing their powers and see the result.. These all guys are forgetting one thing that they are the ITS officers which are under DoT and Ministry of Communication. Once they are served the show cause notice under the mentined Act, they will find no roof to hide themselves. The Indian Constitution is very strong, but these people are taking the service matters like otherwise.
They should know one thing "Agar kissiee TTA ke kissi din sarak gayee na to unka fuse udd jayega...."
Anyway....i have given u the direction, To move or Not to Move depends entirely on you.....

Hello friends
thx to all with ur support i can get excellent results after operation injustice. I am happy that except CHQ everybody through mails, calling on my cell nd sms messages on my cell which encourage my confidence. my dear friends silence of CHQ is working like a slow poision for me.If i got victory then it will bw the victory of whole TTA group. i dont bother about the award now. GM and DGms boosting messages more than any award for me above and more to that support of group. I love to play a quick and short game not a big game of many days. If a play long game then managent will capture me. BY tommarow i have to contact worthy CMD on his cell and later on written complaint i will send.again i m sorry to say that i will have to do work of CHQ as we done in the offices by doing work of SDE and JTO. Is it justified i at my own shoulder contact CHQ.If CHQ want this then i will do this also " AKELE AAYE THEY AKELE JAYENGE"

Its good to see you up in arms against the injustice done to you due to the administrative lapse and pathetic & callous attitude of the ITS fraternity and admin section of your SSA. I am writing this mail, to let you know that I had visited the Circle Office, Chandigarh,PB to pursue your case. The Circle Office had informed me that at this stage virtually nothing can be done at their end coz the due date had already been expired and the said case had already been closed at their level and send to Delhi HQ for further persual. Also, the CMD is getting retired and he is supposed to clear each and every file/ case pending before his retirement. So, the question of reopening the award case is not feasible at this juncture.
Personally, I will advise you to take up matter in the LCM and RCM via our Circle Secretary, with whom I had already discussed the matter in length & punish the unruly DGM.

Thanks Rajiv ji i really appreciate ur efforts for my case i hope OUR WORTHY CHQ must learnt from it.My dear friend this information i had collect from Circle office through telephonically regarding delay of case before starting this OPERATION. secondly friend i cant wait for LCM and RCM upto that management must hang me as the our Worthy CGM will be the President of ITS and our DGM will also be a ITS. so friends i wanna DGM should be warn for his action no other TTA will suffered again not only in punjab but also in whole india and management must issue some guidelines for stoping this type of injustice when they recommended any employees name for any type of Award. We successfully conducted our 3rd Bihar Circle Conference on 25/07/2010
(Sunday) at UPTRC, Patna under the presidium of Mr. Rajeev Kumar, Circle
President SNATTA, Bihar. The Chief Guest was Mr. M.K.Singh, Cricle Treasurer
BSNLEU, Bihar Circle.
We had the following program :-
12.00 Welcome speech by Patna Dist. Secretary.
12.10. Inauguration by Chief Guest
12.15 Open session
13.00 Lunch
14.00 Subject committee meeting (Financial secretary report and secretary
report)
14.15 Debate on secretary report and other issues by Dist secretaries /Dist
representatives.
16.00 Vote of thanks by the Circle Secretary.
16.15 Election for Office bearers for the next term.
17.30 End of the conference.
We tried our best to invite a large no of TTAs from all the SSAs. New
recruited TTAs were also present in a large no. Of course they are not happy
with the recent wage revision, as they are getting less pay. Their anger is
quite justified but we assure them to have faith in the efforts of our CHQ
leaders.
In the last, after having a detailed discussion, new office bearers
were elected unanimously. Active young chaps from the post 2007 batch have been
considered in the circle body. SNATTA Bihar hopes that this new group of office
bearer will show its strength and integrity to fulfill the genuine demands of
TTAs. Active participation is expected from all of us as every TTA is a leader.

We discussed for AIC in Goa, many friends are ready to participate. We all

On going through your representation, follow up & request for actiion against
injustice through SNATTA, it reveal the following based on my administrative
experience. It may not convince you of course if u r already determined to fight
it out. Pse read the following paras politely and take a decisive conclusion.
There is a possibility that your immediate boss SDE might have not put up your
citation with remarks as "Strongly & Specially Recommended" which is a mandatory
one for consideration by DGM.
Granting award is not absolute or a right of employee, it is just a privilege
unlike pay.
DGM (Admin)/GM are given with absolute prerogative power which cannot be
questioned, at least on such type of decision-making.
Again, the achievers do not seek the awards, rather it should be regarded by
superiors to the individual's hardwork towards the goal of organization for
motivation.
Your claim or blaming the Admin branch for the inordinate delay of 21 days is in
bad taste, as the awards are not obtained through fight, which may bring
disrepute to your all hard works what you did so far.
Also, besides technical skill and trade proficiency of the individual &
financial impact to the organisation by one's extra ordinary contributions,
there are so many other criteria to be taken into account for consideration to
any coveted awards, viz. loyalty, integrity, discipline, subordination,
communication skill, ability to impart knowledge to subordinates, coordination,
managerial ability, cohesiveness or team work, leadership qualities, extra
curricular activities like participation in sports etc. Now you now where u
stand if u put together these all qualities and most of these or almost all are
covered in ACRs. So, you being a DS of SNATTA/BSNLEU, your rapport with the
DGM/GM might not be so conducive to the level of tgheir anticipation, as you
might be in a position to fight out for some local issues and might be in
loggerheads with higher ups, as the case may be.
Finally, drafting of such an application to redress the grievances is not in
good order. Just replace the word 'worthy' with 'honourable' with a befitting
title, and read it again. It will be sounding good and impressive.
Do recollect the verses of Bhagwat Gita:
"What do you have to lose? once you brought to this world 'nothing' , and why do
you have to worry about the lost, once you do not carry 'anything' along with,
while leaving the world.
Do your duty and submit to God, don't expect the results/rewards."
I do remember that you started asking for copy of constitution of snatta when a
proposal was put up for strengthening the organisation, despite your awareness
that our association might not have framed the constitution so far. You being
one among the stalwarts, instead of taking a leading role, started questioning
your own house itself, is also in bad taste as per my view. Now u r anticipating
a total support behind you from the same association which is not having any
constitution.
All together, you made up a mesh out of this issue. Please take it supportively
and do not have any ill feelings. I have no iota of doubt that you deserve the
award for the hard work you put up, but in the eyes of Administration.

Thats it my friend I wanna same reply or call from that CHQ that we have no constitution. if i demanded that that for the well wisher of TTA group not for my personnel interest. MY dear friend I made my resume and mail it to DGM and on second day it will go with the forwarding letter of DET Tanda. now the responsibilty of Admin section to change my citation for modification demanded my ACRS of three years what they dont do that. they do when i call DGM and send sms to GM. Plz read my message of 22-7-2010 before operation injustice. i neither demanded for any award they offered me now they how can they delay my case just think over it.once again i request u that i dont want award now plz dont post this that i want award i m fighting for delay of 21 days only nothing else. secondly if i want CONSTITUTION it means CHQ dont help me okkk i understand what they want. thx

If our chq leaders have no time to address the query of members of snatta, then it is my humble request to chq leadres, then give the POWERS OF ADDRESSING QUERY TO SOME ABLE CENTRAL CORDINATORS ON BEHALF OF CHQ LEADRES.
In this way chq have enough time to HANDLE MAIN IMPORTANT ISSUE OF SNATTA.In present case of PRITPAL SINGH , it is supposed that our chq leadres are busy with some court work , then they simply give chq powers to ANY CENTRAL CORDINATOR TO HANDLE THIS CASE , BECAUSE LAST DATE IS 31-7-2010.It is easy to understand that our GS,VERMA JI & President is busy then they assign duty to any CENTRAL CORDINTOR to answer/address query of members on yahoo group.
I think chq leadres MUST THINHK ON THIS PROPSAL TO ASSIGN POWER OF CHQ TO ANY CC TO ANSWER/ADDRESS QUERY OF MEMBERS ON YAHOO GROUP.

i also get furious when i heard some1 calling me Technician.
Dil to karta hai modem utha ke muh par maarooon... but somehow i hold my
temper. ;-)
thats why i never told anyone that i am a TTA which mostly looks like i am a
Technician or an Assistant to someone, who could not work independently,* i
just simply introduce myself as Broadband Engineer.*
when i joined Broadband section, earlier people used to call me Technician
but i changed their mindset and whenevr i gave my offical WLL No. to them i
make sure they feed my contact as Broadband Engineer, BSNL. or i gave them
slip with written as Bandhan Preet Singh, Broadband Engineer.
earlier my SDO also called me as TTA in front of anyone..but now since ages
he always introduce me only as Broadband Engineer.
He also lovingly called me ROCKET SINGH.. ;-)) in front of his friends.
*the summary is.... Broadband TTAs are known as Broadband Engineers in
Mohali.*
guys you all have technical bend of mind and TTA post is meant for Diploma
Holders and above (technical streams), so proudly says that you are an
Engineer (Senior or Junior does not matter).

10. unable to get wireless connection with type II modem.

Hi all. we are provided with new "24 VMC" type II modem, belongs to fiberhome. it works fine with PPPOE mode through Ethernet, unfortunately it fails to get connected with wireless LAN on laptop. I did following to fix it.
. confirmed if wlan is enabled in modem.
. no encryption key in DSL modem. it is NONE.
. checked the compatibility with laptop WLAN card. it is 802.11 b/g.
. the same laptop works fine with wireless connection from UTSTARCOM and ITI modems.
it just gets detected in "available wireless networks" in PC's/laptops, but fails to get connected.
. no antivirus or firewalls enabled.
Please help, getting vexed with this MODEM. Had anyone did see this modem at all
by the way I am from Bhongir, Nalgonda District, Andhra pradesh
