has withdrawn from the membership of the BSNLEU under the dynamic leadership
of Shri Sandip Solanki, CC, SNATTA.
BSNLEU is facing imminent defeat in the 5th Membership Verification. In
Gujarat Circle, BSNLEU is divided into innumerable parts and have compelled
the leadership of BSNLEU to visit Gujarat for the 3rd time in one month
only. Workers have understood such gimmicks and will ensure the defeat of

*Dt 07-01-2011****BSNL Workers Alliance (BWA)* led by *NFTE (BSNL) and
SNATTA is now further strengthened*. There are now a conglomerate of 9
Unions/Associations under BWA. BSNLEU is left with TEPU only. *SNATTA factor
has changed the whole equation of the verification* and now every non
executive employee has understood that BSNLEU has defeated the aspirations
of 2.5 Lac employees by totally surrendering the genuine rights of the
workers. BSNLEU accepted an Insulting NEPP where in an employee whether a
Direct recruited or promoted *will never reach the pay scale of JTO even
after 32 years his service* is cited as an major achievement for non
executive employees. BSNLEU themselves cited the examples of *ONGC* and * other
such PSUs where non executives are given executives pay scales under
NEPP*but BSNLEU compromised its own stand and accepted such an
insulting NEPP
policy * which can be termed better as a Non Executive Punishment Policy
(NEPP).*

practically and logically to crack this Election.
As we had prepared for TTA Exam, PO exam, JTO exam and other competitive

Non-Executive Employees to Vote for NFTE-SNATTA Alliance.

While CPU's are getting faster other components of the overall computing
infrastructure also needs an upgrade to provide better speeds, taking the lead
Korea based electronics major Samsung has announced it's DDR4 RAM Module capable
of achieving data transfer rates of 2.133 gigabits/second (Gbps) at 1.2V - the
good part is it consumes upto 40% less electricity in comparison to
predecessor DDR3 technology which uses 1.35V and 1.5V supplying speeds of up
to 1.6 Gbps.

dear friends
We know last year bsnl got loss almost 1800 crores. And it is also heard that bsnl will get loss nearabout 6000 crores in 2010-11. I heard that if employer get loss in the last year, it pay only 10% contribution into EPF which is currently 12 % (equal to employee contribution). Means BSNL will also contribute only 10% to EPF in 2011-12 ( which is now paying 12% ). Will we have to face 2 % loss in epf.???. Will this be another one attack on DR TTA.We are getting only LOSS, WAITING FOR COURT CASE SETTLEMENT, WAITING FOR JTOLICE. WAITING FOR TRANSFERS UNDER PARA 8.PLZ give comment on above epf related matter .

as a member of snatta group i appeal to all of my colleagues, specially to women employees pl. vote for NETE on number 13 and ensure win for SNATTA - NFTE alliance because i think after winning of NFTE we can raise our demand for implementation of child care leave strongly. so don't think more about others, vote for only NETE on 1st feb 2011.

in a position to come open and support SNATTA+NFTE. - You could speak to the
Circle Secretary and take a cover. You need not to be afraid of anyone. We
have a basic right to support any person/union of our choice.
(ii) You must have had some difference of opinion with SNATTA and hurt by some
development which has become a hindrance now to support SNATTA. - Never mind..
We still can work it out and unity is still possible. Please come open and
speak to the CS of your area.
(iii) You must have developed some affinity with EU supporters which is
stopping you to take a step against them. - Please understand that we were not
a part of BSNLEU. Our support to them was conditional. It goes with NFTE too.
We have to put ourselves above such emotional attachments and work towards the
large interests of the association.
(iv) You must have received some favours from BSNLEU. - I don't think there
is such a possibility. I am sure no TTA would fall for such a cheap thing.
(v) Your expectations from a union are inline with BSNLEU's performance. -
Well, go ahead and believe in what you are doing. In this case, please ignore
this communication.
Please remember, your absence may not make any difference or dent the
performance of SNATTA+NFTE, but will certainly disturb your personality. You
just cannot keep yourself away from your tribe. You can not be anything other
than a TTA at this point of time. If you are trying to keep yourself away from
SNATTA for any reason, you are only keeping yourself away from your own
identity. You are wise and can understand what it is to be inline with your
tribe. I hope you will come back soon and join the TTA bandwagon.

Any member of BSNLEU please stop the Union subscription immediately for the following reasons
1. No promotion steps taken for TTA cadre
2. No Bonus for the first time in BSNL history due to careless BSNLEU.
3. Unnecessary decision for strikes.
4. Wage revision not benefit for TTAs joined after 1.1.2007.
5. Against BSNL corporate decision for EL enchasment with LTC for 10 days.
6. Favourable transfers, not caring about revenue of BSNL.
7. No care on BSNL emplyees.
8. NEPP not a good promotion policy.
9. IDA rise from 68.8 to 78.2 not taken for Non Executives.

hi *SNATTAians *and *SMARTians*,
SNATTA-CHQ played its card very effectively. *Now u will see how BSNLEU
expedite our long pending demands,* and put forth our pending issues in
front of management vigorously. And failing which their defeat is
inevitable. If not now then Guaranteed DEFEAT in 2013 Election.
Now They are appealing to TTAs like anything, actually they are realizing
now that great voting potential lies with SNATTA members.
(new recruitment will be only in TTA cadre, BSNL is conducting Internal as
well as External exam for TTAs soon, there will around 6000 new TTAs
entering the BSNL department)
No recognized union ever *appealed to any cadre in the history of elections*.
BSNLEU is *creating a new low *every time they appeal to ignorant TTAs. *So
foremost thing now is to aware every TTA about SNATTA CHQ decision and
activities.* and convert their personal and their staff vote for NFTE only.
*Unity is Strength*, every TTA has their own opinion but once SNATTA CHQ our
parent body decided something then we have to defend unitedly. and afterall
they have brainstormed a lot and then they finally come to a decision that
this step will be only fruitful for SNATTA members in the longrun. (i hope
Mr.Uday from AP circle 9441273339 reading this mail) i personally request
him to talk to Chq and clarify his doubts.
*Before our agreement with NFTE, BSNLEU were in a frame of mind that TTAs
like in past will vote for BSNLEU only. But now they have realised that TTAs
are not dependent upon BSNLEU, they have their own ideology and thinking.
Instead BSNLEU desperately needs our vote bank.*
*Now we need to EXPOSE the failures of BSNLEU in resolving *employees long
pending demands. They enjoyed 6 years of freedom and rule, it was an enough
time period for any party/Union to settle any kind of issue but BSNLEU
miserably failed in every quarter. They were in a view that no Union can
defeat them and they will again enjoy unparalleled power. *their dreams are
going to be shattered by the BRAVE FORCE OF BSNL -- TTAs.*
BSNLEU have put the same election manifesto like as their previous ones as
almost none of their past issues have been solved by them.
"BSNLEU fir se Ladoo pakda raha hai Workers ko"
english translation >> "BSNLEU is again selling sweet dreams to Workers."
*Failures of BSNLEU are as follows:-*
1. ITS absorption in BSNL, still pending.
2. No Mobile connections to TTAs. still pending
3. No designation Change to JE. still pending
4. No 5 year condition relaxed for JTO LICE, still pending for the last 4
yrs.
5. Unfair Promotion policy- a clear discrimination among BSNL employees and
DOT staff. NEPP is against BSNL recruited staff. 4 yrs for DOT staff and 8
yrs for BSNL staff. why?
6. Unfair Wage Revision--- New DRTTA brothers have to shed bloody tears,
their salary reduced and ultimately their motivation to work for the BSNL..
7. BSNLEU through their hidden agents have put hold the JTO LICE for
indefinite period. an Executive Dream for TTAs.
8. Disinvestment proposal is already been made by Govt due to consistent
looses by BSNL's poor management.
9. In the last 6 yrs BSNL stooped to a new low in revenues, BSNL was sitting
in a huge profit but due to poor coordination among Union and management
BSNL suffered big blow and declared Looses in its financial statements (a
first time in the history of BSNL)
10. BSNLEU could not stop BSNL mgmt in buying Blackberry for Senior's
Officers.
11. BSNLEU could not get BONUS for staff.
12. BSNLEU could not motivate staff for earning more revenues.
13. SNATTA CHQ through its court cases and efforts has snatched its right
which could be done by BSNLEU as recognised Union like MT exam, JTO LICE,
Distance Learning scheme etc..
14. BSNLEU only fought for Contract and casual labours/staff.
15. GSM Tender delay happened in their era.
16. Telecom 2G spectrum scam in their rule.
17. Fixation of 68.2% IDA instead of 78.2% IDA. a clear cut loss
18. No special allowances for Broadband TTAs. Let them suffer in field
without penny.
19. No vehicle for Field staff especially BB TTAs. Let them suffer in rain,
sun, chilly winds, dust etc..
20. *NO child care Leave for female staff like in Central govt deptt.*
21. No special plans and services for BSNL staff and Family members.
22. no restructuring in BSNL yet.
23. Regular Strikes have paralyzed the BSNL system.
24. TTAs transfer cases still pending in all circles, no efforts from CS
BSNL to fasten the process in their circles.
25. No revision in local TA/DA rates, no change in FDA rates.
26. Foreign Deputation staff, especially TTAs working in other countries,
are suffering due to low wages (DA).
27. NO formal training for TTAs in New technologies. Like JTOs are having in
ALTTC and BRBRAITT.
28. i have left and forgot many failures due to my short lived memory,
anybody remember then pls update the same. ;-))
*We are in a WIN-WIN situation now.*
*to prove our very worth we need to get win for NFTE then only we can
proudly say that SNATTA is a kingmaker.*

They laughed (BSNLEU) at us when we departed..
They ignored us when we made alliance with NFTE..
They started critisizing us now as they have understood our strength..
When we turn out winners, they have only option to accept us i.e. our strength..
Our unity is our strength.. Our committment is our power..
Victory is ours and ours alone.. None can take it away from us..

On tuesday at 1130 hrs we the TTAs of Charminar are going to meet our DS and device a strategy along with the area secretary of NFTE.
I have already started speaking to staff alongwith the NFTE Area Secretary. Things are going good. The response is very interesting.
