if u r deputed to other than ur HQ and it more than 8 km from it, u will be
eligible for 100% DA and one TA for Up and down as per ur deputation order.

if u deputed for 20 days and the fare for that exchange appox. Rs. 20/-
then
20x125=2500 and
20x2 = 40

HI friends,

*Can anybody or SNATTA convince FNTO members to vote for NFTE.*

FNTO's decision to fight alone will only help BSNLEU to gain undue advantage
and they may get few more votes than NFTE.

so we need to mediate between them (FNTO & NFTE) to remove or dilute any
misunderstandings arises in the last few months.

If FNTO comes under our Fold then nobody can stop SNATTA-NFTE Alliance to be
in power for the next TWO YEARS.

Every single demand of STAFF can be put directly on the table of BSNL Mgmt.
Its a *prestige issue* for both NFTE and SNATTA.

*We all TTAs are already determined to get maximum votes for BSNL Workers
Alliance (SNATTA-NFTE group)*

so i request everyone to do something in the above context to win the
Election by huge margin, as BSNLEU is playing dirty politics everywhere and
"*Dushman ko kabhi kamjoor nahi samjhna chaiye*"---Never think your Enemy as
a Weaker one.

We should not wait for someone else to do the MAGIC before its too late for
us "*Fir Pachtaye kya hot jab Chidiya chug gayi Khet"

The above paragraph is an extract from Julius Caesar Act of Shakespeare.  Mark Antony called it as “The most unkindest cut of all”.   Every TTA, today, carries the same feeling of being backstabbed by the bad mouthed, power greedy, selfish elements of  BSNLEU. 
 
Within a couple of days from disassociation from BSNLEU, when I was at my office, I overheard an official of BSNLEU saying “Those TTAs wanted more money and we did not agree to their greed.  Hence they have decided to support NFTE”.  It is a clear attempt to pollute the whole issue and create a wrong notion in the minds of the naive workforce of Group C and D.     And then, there is a letter published by a hidden psychopath of BSNLEU on the official site of BSNLEU against the resolution passed by SNATTA.  And then there was an extract of the agreement between NFTE and SNATTA, which was severely criticised by the top ranks of BSNLEU.    How bad of them to be speaking such a foul language and making a false propaganda against us! 
 
The journey with BSNLEU for 4 long years had been of no use to TTAs.  None of our issues were resolved.  Neither were we benefited nor were we heard.  Not a single decision of theirs went in our favour.  We were never treated with dignity and were subjected to foul and rude language when we were breaking up with them.  On the other hand, though we were with BSNLEU for four long years, not on a single occasion did the NFTE criticise us for any reason, which speaks of their maturity as a union.  They even raised couple of issues in favour of SNATTA though we did not support them in the last two verifications. 
 
My single question to BSNLEU is “Do we not have freedom to choose whom will we support in the coming verification for the best reasons that we think are better for SNATTA?”  If we do not support you for some reason that is logical and natural to us, how could you badmouth and spread false rumours against us?  As long as we supported you, we were good ones and the moment we withdrew support, you called us names.  Doesn’t it speak very ill of you?  Is it not an adequate rationale to keep ourselves away from your power hungry politics and cunning calculations that are dreadful for the organisation and the employees?
 
My appeal to the soldiers of SNATTA is to extend your strong support and standby the resolution taken by our associates.  We cannot let someone take us for granted and delude us.  We are union by ourselves.  Our strength lies in our commitment to the resolution taken by our leadership.  Unity is our single objective till we reach our goal.    Let us not allow anyone or any union to challenge our unity and solidarity.  Remember, our unity is our greatest potency. 
 
Though the whole 9000plus TTAs are united, one odd personality might be different from our opinion.  It does not pose any impairment to us.  It is a heartfelt wish of mine that we all rise united, all the time. 
 
We, the TTA soldiers, at large, have two direct responsibilities on our hands.  They are:-
 
(i)                  Voting for NFTE
(ii)                Getting NFTE voted to power.
 
It is beyond any doubt that NFTE has bagged a prize number of 9000+ votes from SNATTA.  We are committed to voting them.  On one-hand NFTE gains by 9000+ and BSNLEU looses by 9000+.  This will fill up a gap of 18000+ between them.  It is not a joke.   It may still not be sufficient for NFTE to win with a comprehensive majority.  I think NFTE is well aware of this and putting up their best to gain a formidable victory over their long-time adversary. 
 
Now it may not be adequate for TTAs to just vote for NFTE.  Little more contribution from us can fetch this communion a big majority.   TTAs have a very great advantage of being in close contact with the field staff and administrative staff too.  If all the TTAs can communicate with their staff at field units and administrative departments and convince them on the threat BSNLEU would pose if voted back to power, will yield a positive result without any doubt.
 
The victory of NFTE is very important to us.  Be being connected to the matured union in power, it would be helpful for us to get our demands heard and attended to.  So, getting NFTE voted to power is the mutual objective of both SNATTA and NFTE. 
 
Remember, any little contribution to the reason mentioned above will go a long way in achievement of what we all are committed for.  Involvement of each TTA all over BSNL is the need of the hour.  We should be prepared to stretch ourselves beyond the human endurance to reach the target.  We cannot afford to respite ourselves till then.  This verification is a challenge we have in front of us looking straight into our eyes.  Please understand that it is only YOU/ME who can make this happen.

hallo all,

i want to request to all SNATTIANS to target promoted TTAs, BCZ they are also not satisfied with the behave of BSNLEU towards them.

I have already started this and in a certain exchange I've broken 3 PROMOTED TTAs out of 5 with us. Out of these 3 , 2 are member of BSNLEU. But they show their problems to resign from BSNLEU. Then I answered them to not necessity of resigning from BSNLEU, but just vote NFTE.

Now all of you have a target to move with us atleast 1 promoted TTA.

Come on friends just try, it is not too hard to break their unity.

you are very right the positive spirit should be continued as we all are
under one umbrella -SNATTA. All New young and energetic TTAs should come
forward now for the sake of their Future. As the most sufferers are the
younger ones. We all need to do hard campaigning in all offices. we need to
cut the roots of BSNLEU vote banks. *Pls take time out of your busy job work
for election verification process. *dear Santosh contact all your batchmates
to put hard efforts all over India for this WIN.*

but we TTAs need to see the activities of our opposition also*. *kindly
review the websites of BSNLEU <http://www.bsnleuchq.com>, FNTO
<http://www.fnto.org>and NFTE <http://www.nftechq.co.in>regularly along with
SNATTA <http://www.SNATTA.org>also.*

the preparation of BSNLEU and FNTO are also on a very high note. they are
regularly calling meetings and visiting offices everywhere in BSNL.
*we need to compare and do more than BSNLEU in all respects to earn our Lost
RESPECT.*

We have to win the election under the leadership of NFTE . you r 100% elegible
to vote in this election . It is a secret ballot . What made you ask this
question I don't know . You r a TTA and we r TTAs, it is SNATTA  for us and
doing for us . Simply follow the CHQ guidence. Pl go through

Dear Bandhan ji,

i am Dhananjaya TTA (Marketing) from Bangalore SSA and i am from 2010 batch i
have few doubts

1.  can we (our 2010 batch mates) vote in this election considering our
probationary period is not over yet.

2. What is the status of SNATTA in karnataka circle and Bangalore SSA in
particular?
 because i dont see any reference in snatta website.

3. Whom to contact in case we need to?

even if there is no presence of SNATTA in Karnataka Circle we all will vote for
SNATTA-NFTE i have been forwarding your mails to all my friends in this regard.

more guidance is need for us we are new in BSNL family.

Due to the anti DRTTA and anti SNATTA activities and for betraying the
trust and faith of thousands of DRTTAs , the SNATTA Central Headquarter
Executive has expelled Balwinder Singh, TTA and Atul Kumar, TTA from the
post of District President and District Secretary of SNATTA, Jalandhar
and Balwant Singh, TTA and Naveen Yadav, TTA from the post of District
President and District Secretary of SNATTA, Lundhiyana with immediate
effect. The letter to the effect has been sent to the concerned General
Managers of the Ludhiyana and Jalandhar Telecom District by the CHQ,
SNATTA.

It is further warned to these betrayers that use of SNATTA and its
platform will not be tolerated any more and if it happens extreme
actions including legal would be taken against such betrayers. It is
also notified here that the process to remove them from the petitoners
list for the JTO LICE eligibility case has been initiated and it will
also be made sure that they do not get the benefit of the orders of the
PCAT, New Delhi on MT case.

It is being warned that any member found attending the meetings of
BSNLEU and acting against the interests of SNATTA and DRTTAs will be
strongly dealt with and such activities will be considered anti SNATTA.

hi CHQ,

its a *great step towards Strengthening Unity.*

*Betrayers, Traitors and Selfishness should not be tolerated* at this
platform and at this crucial point of time. The time to convey their
grievances is not right, if they want to settle score with somebody or
decision then we could have done it afterwards or they can use other channel
also. i also heard that these TTAs threatened CHQ members also in the
company of BSNLEU. If NFTE come to power in Punjab then their
anyway, i hope CHQ did their best in retaining them or convincing them but
somehow misunderstanding cannot be resolved well in time so CHQ took this
harsh step.

I must say that....
*they have broken the aspirations of thousands of like minded people who are
putting hard efforts in restoring PRIDE of TTAs.*

We are here *"BURNING MIDNIGHT OIL"* for the SNATTA Family and they are
ruining all our efforts by behaving immaturely.

*CHQ did right in expelling these TTAs who have put Individual
Interest **supreme
than Association's Aim.*

Its well said that "*A Stitch in Time Saves Nine*"

*Moral of the Story:-* In future CHQ should be very careful in choosing
District Bearers after a great thoughtful decision. Expell them from Yahoo
Group also. Yahoo Group Modrators should be Very-Very careful in approving
request for New membership. i think only one moderator should take duty of
approving Membership of New TTAs in TTABSNL group. We need to look into the
yahoo group for such information leakers or spies. We have to put more
efforts in building Genuine Database for all TTAs including their Mobile
Numbers. So we can put our best Foot forward in future also. The ground work
for strengthening all TTAs ONLINE should start from the scratch.

Well initiative by the CHQ.....
anti SNATTA element must be thrown from this platform too....
as far as me concern....i have the printout of the poster of the NFTE
SNATTA alliance and shown to each of the employee and telling them that nothings
is left with EU ....and they now turn their mood for NFTE-SNATTA....so dear this
high time...start doing work at ground level.. we should left no chance......we
have to win...it....

*Central Executive Members of SNATTA CTD *has conducted a meeting with all
TTAs of North Area in Baghbazar Exchange in the view of 5th Membership
Verification on 04.01.2011. Our Circle Secretary Sri Santosh Anand, A.C.S.
Sri Sudhan Kaity, Area Sec. Ms. Smruti Ranjan Sahoo, Asst. Area Sec. Sri
Sanjib Saha were present and promised to follow the decision of SNATTA CHQ

05.01.2010 : Inauguration of Assam Circle election campaign at Guwahati:

With extended executive meeting and convention of Assam Circle Union the
election campaign of FNTO held at Guwahati, presided over by Sri. Kamleshwar
Deka, Circle President. *K. Vallinayagam GS FNTO explained how BSNLEU, the
recognized union spoiled NEPP and deliberately delayed the 2nd wage revision
resulting in huge loss to the BSNL workers. He also said without vision the
recognized union linked granting of bonus with profit and the result is BSNL
workers did not get bonus for the 1st time in the history of last 3 decades.

It is high time the BSNL workers make a correct choice to throw BSNLEU out
to redress their grievances in time.
