Dear Sir,
On instructions of SNATTA, an O.A. No. 971 of 2010 has been filed before the Principal Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi by the undersigned. The application has been filed by SNATTA on behalf of all the TTAs who were directly recruited in the years 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005.
In the said O.A., Clause 6 of U.O. No. 5-11/2009-Pers. -IV dated 18.12.2009 has been challenged as being illegal, arbitrary and violation of the fundamental rights of the TTAs. Clause 6 of the said U.O. states that the crucial date for determining the regular service condition shall be 1st July 2009 for LICE for promotion to JTO cadre under Departmental 35% quota. Furthermore, it has also been pleaded that no discrimination should be made among TTAs of the same batch merely because some of the TTAs were sent for training earlier than the rest and therefore, all the TTAs of the same batch should be treated at par.
The matter was listed before Court No. II of the Principal Bench, CAT as Item No. 3 on 23.03.2010.
On hearing the arguments made by the undersigned, the Hon'ble CAT was pleased to issue notice to the respondents, i.e., BSNL. The Hon'ble CAT has further directed that the application forms of the applicants should be accepted provisionally by the respondents.
Therefore, you are advised to inform all the TTAs to submit their application forms even though they may have not completed 7 years regular service as on 01.07.2009. Since the Hon'ble CAT has already passed the directions that the forms should be accepted provisionally, the BSNL cannot refuse to accept the said forms.
In the event, any circle/officer of the BSNL refuses to accept the forms, you may please bring it to my attention at the earliest with the name and designation of the concerned officer, so that appropriate action can be taken for filing contempt petition against the officer who refuses to abide by the directions of the Hon'ble CAT.

I hope same is the case with punjab. here is no OJTOs. Punjab Circle may continue with JTO LICE Exam if all TTAs get united and do something abt it soon.
i am surprised that nobody from punjab spoken on this issue. Everyone doing preparation but nobody knows when the exam is going to be held.

I am sure that BSNL will file its reply in Ernakulam CAT. Now after management has denied upgradation to OJTOs based on pending case in Chandigarh.. it might be fruitfull to convince them to ask permission for conducting exams in such circles.... GS may kindly take a note on it .... and PLS DO NOT BLOCK MY MESSAGES pls..

I had send a mail AB SONE KI BARI ,After that i had got some phone calls and as well as some reply mails some are in adverse manner ,some are in sympathetic and some are in aggressive manner.
Let me clarify ,this mail is not for harassment,nor for criticism,not for getting sympathy, BUT ONLY TO CHALLENGE SNATTA ,AB USEE SONA HAI NA JHAT SE UTHE KE APNE CARRIER ME HAMLA KARNE BALON KA SAMNA KARNA HAI. YA PHIR BSNL MANAGEMENT KA INTIZAR KARNA HAI WO AYE AUR HAME UTHAYE.
I had also written that SNATTA had made a CAT case for making eligible to most of the TTAs . BUT AS THE ERNAKULAM CAT STAYS THE EXAM WHAT IS THE ROLE OF SNATTA WHETHER HAS TO SLEEP OR MOVE TO HIGH COURT BECAUSE ALL READY WE HAD THE FAVOR OF CHNDIGARCH CASE FOR STOPPING THE DIVERSION .
Once again I want to make it clarify that yahoo groups is a discussion forum , here all the TTA have the rights to say their opinion, no body should ,nobody can restrict this .But some people those have a little Knowledge of formation of this discussion board they want that all comment should come in their favor its so silly . HAVE CONFIDENCE AND TRY TO FACE ALL THE COMMENTS AND TRY TO ANSWER IN A POSITIVE MANNER .THIS IS CALLED LEADERSHIP QUALITY .
BY DOING THIS TYPE OF COMMENTS FOR OTHERS YOU ARE ONLY LOSSOING YOUR WEIGHT.

Day-to-day some of our frnds complain of non-eligible members approaching CAT and have brought a stay. Dont get fooled around by misinterpretation or get misguided. It has been repeatedly said that the stay has been brought in by the old JTOs and not DR TTA , but now and again some or the other mail is sent without having complete knowledge about the subject.
But I fail to understand why such type of mails are forwarded by the moderators, though these frnds of our are misinterpreting , what r the moderators doing?

some of our guys just want to speak for the sake of writing something to group but without verifying the actual content.
MR.soni is one of the example as he has interpreted the verdict totally wrong. there is no hand of any TTA in stay of Exam.
read the officiating JTOs website for more details. Instead our SNATTA CHQ did a splendid job by allowing all of us in the LICE exam.
last but not the least..... UNITED WE STAND and DIVIDED WE FALL...!!

Hi Vaishakh Soni,
I think you have got it all wrong.
Stay was given based on Ernakulam CAT and that CASE was filed by OJTOs and not by us.This was coming anyway as they have already formed an assosiation after diversion was stayed.
In our csae decision is very well in line... all members of same recruiting year should be traeted at par ... and what is the problem with that...??
I think you need to visit OJTOS website and read for your self anf take help from any TTA who is aware about DIversion case ...Remember ...
