hi friends i have just read the mail about BSNL'S decline.....and falling profits..failing policies and all that stuff on our yahoo group........very unfortunate to hear this at just the outset of our career,the most annoying part is that we see and understand everything but can't do anything about it but to just witness it helplessly........very frustrating for me.....and friends for this damn situation if anyone to blame...certainly it is ITS people.....for whole long 8 yrs. these people are enjoying dual status in this so called "democratic nation" and there are nobody there to pull their collar and ask them their justification democratically just only because they are managers.........friends think.. if they were in any given private sector company they would have been sacked immediately.......all these honorable and intellectual managers have bring a giant to dust............and believe me whenever  they sense 'the titanic' sinking  they would be first to leave the ship without wasting a single moment because they are gifted with the facility of "government job" life rescue boats.......leaving us all to sink with our once telecommunication giant called BSNL.....friends all is not finished yet.....wake up and raise your voice loud and say and shout "STOP THIS NONSENSE"....it is right that we alone cannot fight this menace....agreed ,but take the support from all the people without any prejudice and bias who wants BSNL to run and survive......we don't want our  beloved organization to die pre-mature death at the hands of few shortsighted bunch of people....there would be many friends of mine... would be laughing and thinking of me, as a bit sentimental kind of person ......yes i am...i just can't sit back and tolrate this nonsense...friends we all have got individual abilities like our beloved friends VIKAS GUPTA,DHARMENDRA VERMA,DHIRAJJI,HAKAMSINGHJI,SANDIP SOLANKI and many more who can lead from the front...what we are waiting for????? its now or never.....comeon lets standup and make-up our mind that we are here to resist anything which is going against our company......for those friends who just sit back and hesitant to come forward.....i recommend them to buy/rent the DVD of "GANDHI" and see for your self what a single strong minded,willed person can accomplish...you may find him and his ideas a bit outdated but believe me, he is the person who is relevant even in todays time.....yes we like to praise and clap loud when we see "LAGE RAHO MUNNABHAI" where a 'tapori' follows gandhi successfully but when it comes to face to face with 'injustice' with ourselves we prefer to stay back and suffer......lets not do that and start from wherever we are and try to stop this menace.........jignesh(TTA-PROVISIONING-GUJARAT)
