its very difficut to me to understand the persons like you. Your blind support to sumone without any reason prove that my words are true. Mr. Solanki may be a good person, May be he is full of knowledge, I have no personal war with him. I just convey a message in reply of his mail that how we can be relexed and how we can be maintain our petience, after 7 years still we TTA's and Management is playing games with us. His reply to my lines was not satisfied. Its a common blog platform, I have the full right to tell my inside feelings. Even every TTA is thinking like me. He may be a leader, but here i write as a TTA and to the TTA's. So its my suggestion to you, if you are good wisher then think broad. we all SNATTA people are well educated so we have to keep in a well defined manner.
regarding my last post i cant bear the situation that any new comer will use abusive
language towards our snatta chq leaders today solanki was targeted tomorrow vermaji may be targeted. please tell me as a leader can you bear this thing.
as u better know that as a leader, many hurdle are in for handle the union. every leader that may be from district body or may be circle body or may be chq body, work for union with sacrifice to their family life, their kids, their social life.
so at least all member must respect the leaders that is my personal opinion.
i beg pardon regarding my last post to all snatta member if you dislike the language used but as i know , it was necessary to stop this type of criticizer otherwise any person will cross the limit.

Recently it has been noticed and everyone must have observed that the level of postings in this group has deteriorated to a very low standard,this only shows the frustration and the low motivation level among our members.
Many new friends have joined the department in last few years so they might not be knowing the insides of the burning issues concerning our cadres and they post messages as they hear or interpret as per their understanding or misunderstanding of the subjects,but this no way means that they have low IQ.It points to our failure in making them understand the issues and agenda and the motive behind our every action.Somehow I feel that our association exists only on papers or through thsi platform.I dont know of the other circles but in Jharkhand we had a Circle Conference three years back.And we had met for a meeting 8 months back in Ranchi SSA of Jharkhand.I feel ashamed of my myself as Circle Pesident I have failed in conducting regular meetings.But then this was responsibility of all and not of the office bearers or me only.
But anyway ,lack of interaction and communication and regular meetings,conferences has alienated many peoples and they feel less attached to this group,and it has also created a artificial gap among the members so that they are try to regroup them selves as 2000 TTA,2002 TTA,degree tta dilpma tta,and more recently MT Eligible and not eligible TTAs.
So its the reponsibility of all the LEADERS,FOLLOWER and MEMBERS of SNATTA not to react very sharply or rudely any of the postings,and it is also expected from the new friend not to take the words of their seniors as an offence,disregard or bully.
Its my sincere advice to the CHQ Leaders and Circle office bearers that they should refrain from reacting to each and every fingers pointed to them,because as they have been chosen leaders ,every word of them is scrutnised and a slip may create irreversible damages.
And some one rightly suggested,reply to a person should not be posted in yahoogroups,it should be sent to personal mail ids only.And filthy mails should be taken care by the moderators.

Dear friends
Now I think that all confusion is over....
All that happen is not a healthy communication process. We are educated and each and every people within us are unique and full of knowledge so we should not create any confusion between us.
As you know ttabsnl is such a nice group but many few friends know it how far we have to wait for it... today all over the country seems to in our grip and we have friends at this group from all parts of the country.
I personally feel so much attachments with the group that I cant get it away from it for more than few hours.. Its part of our day to day life.
I and all other friends who seeking solution for their problems, write here and soon get the appropriate response .
Many friends like Mr Abhilash, Vikas Gupta, Dharmendra , Chandan ji and many more write so meaningful mail that are sufficient for our confusion towards current scenario.
I write this mail because of a my friend today call me and said that these day yahoogroups is no more useful to him because of ongoing useless quarrel between some members in it. This hurts me a lots.
Being the Moderator for this esteemed group, I request all the members of ttabsnl that before posting any mail to the group pls read it thoroughly and insure that it should not hurts the anyone´s sentiments.
This is our group and we should all should engaged it for healthy and meaningful discussion.

i know every person in snatta have to right to say anything about the discussion as you are doing but i also mean that at one stage some cutoff level should be there.

it is good that jto ldce slybus was declere
but point to be noted that why slybus for jto ldce not draft till date although for any post in all dept rect rule and slybus draft at same date all of us know that rule of rect for ldce in 2001 & in which 10 year condition appear. I think it is so tough slybus for any dept. candidate we are for from book about 10 year . how we get 40% mark in ldce exam. although direct recti not get 40% of marks in jto exam. for clearification se the result of jto2007& jto2009. In that exam only 40% candidate get 40% mark in all the salected candidate list. In jto 2007 one candidate selected only 35 or 36 marks which is about 20% of grass mark. how we get 40% in exam. one most important line is that any one not thinking for those tta who not comptete in exam thanking

These guys are not the blind supporters.. They are B.E.s and well educated to understand the things. They are in contact with their Central Cordinator regularly and understand the things.
It might be that you are not aware of the activities being done by our CHQ leaders till now. Otherwise I don't think you might use this words that someone is blindly supporting someone. We have seen the pain which is taken by Dhiraj, Verma etc. for our association. So We are shocked here by your words.
You simply discuss things with CHQ leaders personally if you have some doubt regarding their policies or workings.
You haven't respond to my words " The Wellwisher should initiate something what they think for... "
I suggest that if you think any other better option for us to support or to solve our agenda, you please start nagotiating with CHQ leaders with full justification. The members were thinking that to suport BSNLEU was a mistake, were unable to justify their reason and unable to get majority while dissicion was taken at Bhopal. So once it is decided by CHQ Body, No comments on the dones of BSNLEU or anything. Specially in so much negetive WORDS.
This is my words in my first mail. I am not de-moralising my members in any way. I have told my members here in Gujarat to start prepare for exam (INTERNAL) and what you ( or People like you ) have done ? :::: First response was " It might be the game played by Management...." Don't think everything NEGETIVE. The national leaders are continously trying for Internal exam only. Today when Syllabus notified and the exam will also be declared soon. There is no need to tell that this might be a game. The leaders better understand what is happening.
The mentality of a Unionist should not come in to us.
The people like you can do much for association. I suggest you discuss healthy with your Circle Coordinator and UNDERSTOOD the things or make him UNDERSTOOD what you want to say.
This is the proper way to represent our ideas. We should not demoralise our leaders even if we think they are prooved poor for some things...
Now I hope this is my last mail on this TOPIC. We will never discuss these things on this platform.

I am a OC candidate for the JTO 2008 exam.I have secured marks as mentioned below.If anybody has any idea about the cut off marks for OC,plz. reply.B'coz I have found many TTA friends having secured less marks than me but got selected.Is it becoz they belong to other category or due to my marks being less in any particular section.
Though,I do not bother about the result much as I had never prepared for the exam at all,I just wanted to know about it out of curiosity.

Dear Mahesh,
If u have seen the last times JTO paper, the exam was of 150/160(am not sure) marks. wherein the cut-off was 20 20 6.25.
Now this time the paper itself was of 180 marks so the cut-off is going to be more than 20 20 6.25.
Now in ur case u have secured less than cut-off in sec 2, ofcourse good in sec 1 and 3, but to clear JTO O/S exam who have to clear each section.
Right. Now, if u go thr the results of our colleagues some have secured more than the cut-off marks in each section but they could'nt breach the merit list.. If I am right , for open the merit is more than 83, pls correct me if i am wrong, but also u have to clear each section.
I hope I have cleared most of ur doubts.

I am a OC candidate for the JTO 2008 exam.I have secured marks as mentioned below.If anybody has any idea about the cut off marks for OC,plz. reply.B'coz I have found many TTA friends having secured less marks than me but got selected.Is it becoz they belong to other category or due to my marks being less in any particular section.
Though,I do not bother about the result much as I had never prepared for the exam at all,I just wanted to know about it out of curiosity.
