first of all run the small cd that comes with instrument(do not connect the instrument to pc yet)
open the cd,click on software,run the setup,then it will ask to connect phone so connect it with usb cable
drivers will get installed automatically.click on continue anyway whenever it asks.
then right click on my network places,creat a new connection ,next, connect to internet next,set up conn mannualy
next,connect using dial up modem next, put phone number ,user name password as given to you
this is what you have to do with computer,before that you need to configure wll instrument by regular procedure.
that means you need to put indicator,sid nid channels etc on phone
