[TTABSNL] finally 30%



as per snatta.org update we will be having 30% fittment which is same as our immediate executives only difference is that with the condition of 5 years periodicity ....if this was to be then what happened to material / document prepared by Mr. vikas kumar gupta (earlier member of wage revision comittee ) now Mr hakam singh ji. How this can be going to happen ...
we were suppose to have something other, on behalf of our working , quali. etc ..
if we forget all these , what we must want 20000 basic on 1-1-07 that is all we deserve
below that not negotiatble...
as per 30% we will be having 18362 on 1-1-07 but after service of 7 years we may ask for 20000 i.e. 40% fittment on arguments of services performed by us , difference created in CDA to IDA scale revision by group B .. In BSNL every cadre is having its own demand like AIGETA we can also have our own issues we, it not like our leader are not having vision for these but it just make u people remind.
