kindly note what think management about TTAs cadre

1. TTAs cadre is front worker of BSNL is specialised manner.

2. It is Diploma's Cadre and Diploma means Class10th+3years A Professional course of front worker so can't to give chance as a management holder or an engineer.

3. Higer cadre is policy of any company in world for use and throgh of this post.

4. But in BSNL last 9 years increase higher cadre involvemet as TTAs. So Policy view now it is must to break unity of this post and also managemet team play other cadre for this group(Basically TM/TOA) to resist a planned manner for any entry in to Managenet post.

5. So management had confidential discussed to change desginatin of this cadre through a palnned mannaer to restrcture of TTas.

6. Management now had decied to Change TTAs authority and give a new degination

TTAs--------- on entry level is TELECOM SUPERVISOR

AND CHANGE UPTO FOUR PROMOTION

Sr. TS(GRADE-I)

Sr. TS(GRADE-II)

Sr. TS(GRADE-III)

FINAL CTS(CHIEF TS)

IT HAPPEN TIME BOND PROMOTION

7. If TTAs are selected in higher qualificaion it is him fault.

8. Now Managent play only COLLECTIVE BARGANNING FOR only implementaion of their planed implementations.

I SEE THAT PERSON WHO DO NOT NO HOW TO WRITE C/L BECAME EASILY TTA , PERSION WHO DO NOT NO COMPUTER, EVEN CANT WRITE LETTER IN M/S WORD IS BECAME JTO/SDE AT PRESENT, EVEN TECHNICALWORK DONE BY US(TTAS) IN VERIOUS FIELD IS CREDITED IN HIS ACCOUNT WITH THE HELP OF SELF APPRAISAL.

I ALSO HAS ONE COMPLAIN AGAINST TRAINING POLICY OF BSNL, JTO SDE (MATRICULAS EXECUTIVE) ONLY ALLOWED IN TRAINING LIKE ORACLE , JAVA, BROAD BAND, MPLS ,VPN, IPTV, 3G MOBILE,CDR, AND OTHER HIGH TECHNOLOGY TRAINING

IT IS THIRD CLASS POLICY THAT BA , BCOM ,BSC,AND SOME TIME MATRICULAS EXECUTIVE IS ALLOWED FOR ABOVE TRAINING AND TTA ( WHO IS BE OR DIPLOMA ENGINEER) IS NOT ALLOWED IN MOST OF HIGH CLASS TRAINING .

IT IS PURLY INJUSTICE TO NEW TTAS BY BSNL MANAGEMENT ,   I THINK THAT WITH THE JUNIOR ENGINEER DESIGNATION WE SHOULD ALSO TRY TO CHANGE ABOVE POLICY ALSO.

           While TM's ( 8th STD ) can be redesignated as Telecom Technician WHY TTA's( Diploma Engg. or Graduate Engg. ) can't be designated as Junior Engineer? Our blind management always do favour for illiterates not for educated and skilled. ( Sorry to say so)
