[TTABSNL] Any body From GSM MSC or GSM IN please reply this mail regarding hacking

Hi friends,

I m working in TTA GSM caller center Gujrat ,since last one month we are reciveing complains from customers randomly deduction of balance (more than 100rs at atime)from prepaid accounts on some ISD calls which they had never made and another thing is that the called number most of the cases is same i.e 004382094451 and does not exits when we tested and it is also seen the imei of the calling number is changed in call history that is

35885001042589

Some of the instrument are simple instruments who had never used GPRS so possiblity of mobile virus is negligible so can any body facing same problems or having any idea who is hacking BSNL mobiles and how to stop this hacking please reply me.
