Actual Procedure/Rout for Rule-8(Mutual transfer)
If a person 'A' of Circle X wants mutual with person 'B' of Circle Y then adopt following procedure:
- 'A' should Fill Rule-8 for with concent of 'B'(verified by B's SDO) in triplicates along with forwadings to A's GMTD & 'B' should adopt the same procedure
- 'A' forms will be forwarded CGM of Circle X through SDO-DE-SDE(HRD)
-Now One of CGM will forward the case to other circle, Let it be of Circle X
- Now both the cases of 'A' & 'B' will be at circle 'Y' and both are placed together before CGM of Y.
-CGM of Y gives his concent for mutual of 'A' with 'B' and forward the case along with case of 'B' to CGM of X.
- CGM of 'X' issue a letter of concent to 'Y' of his willingness and a copy is forwarded to GMTD of 'A' for implimentation
- CGM of 'Y' also forward the case to GMTD of B for implimentation.
-GMTD of 'A' (or 'B') write a letter for fixation of date to GMTD of 'B'(or A).
-GMTD of 'B'(or A) will fix the date and write to GMTD of 'A'(or B) for confirmation.
-GMTD of 'A'(or B) confirm the date and write to DE of A to releived the candidate on said date and a copy is forwarded to GMTD of 'B'(or A)
-GMTD of B(or A) also issue the letter to DE of B for releiving the candidate on same date.
