It is Not complete. Include the cost of Leaves also. Med is For Outdoor full Basic + DA, Indoor is also same but can be more and sanction can be taken

A TTA (qual. M.E. Elect. with 3 years exp. prior to BSNL) from Maharashtra circle has been short listed for the post of Area Manager with Reliance .He is from 2002 batch.He has given his salary details as follows & demanded for 6.5 lacs pa.Plz. comment. The mail to the HR is as below.....

As per our telephonic conversation I am providing herewith the detailed break up of my current CTC.This CTC is under revision according to sixth pay recommendations & is likely to be updated to 4.5 lacs p.a. within 5-6 weeks.

Annual gross earnings : 2,40,000
BSNL's contribution towards EPF : 26,400
T.A./D.A. : 36,000
Residential Phone + Mobile : 18,800
LTC : 15,000
Bonus : 10,000
Medical allowances : 8,000
Misc. Allowances : 2000
