As some says we should favour IPO in BSNL, I want to say you that the money which will come from IPO will be with Central Govt. and from Intrest of that money also we will have to beg from Govt for money. And with 10% IPO, there will not be any change in management. The control will be with government only. The way is if the Disinvestment of 51% happens, than the management will be changed and we can expect something really changed.
