heloo dear ,
                        i sought out this problem many times.it is due to pirated opreating system
 when this O.S is enabled with automatic update .drives of net or corrupted .even on system restore fault cannot be removed.only way to solve this problem is to load
O.S again and make automatic update off. problem will be solved definately.

hai friend
 than  u should verify with modem first then the system..
1. get into the modem
2. just find the diagnostics option click ok
3. it will gives the listings 
4. on that just look forward for default gateway,pppoe, isp --- PASS
5. if ur not getting pass from any one of the above.. go and verify  with the username and password.
6. if it shows the linebusy problem port might be the problem one..
so change the port...

Hi Mahesh

Do check whether IPs' are present in LAN/Wireless area connection settings.... .this is the main reason when u r getting the connection status ok but no website getting open....Rest depends on browser settings.... make it to "default" or "Restore Default"....
