Hello,

if Telecom Supervisor is decided....
then who will do the work...????
SDO, JTO or PM...???
i am saying this because definition of supervisor is "A person with the official task of overseeing the work of a person or group"
and according to oxford dictionary supervise means to observe and direct the performance of (a task or activity) or the work of (a person).

some of the PSU like BHEL give desigantion "Supervisor" to their Diploma holder employes... but thier work is also of supervison.....
But thing is different in BSNL....
it is known to everyone that 80 to 90% technical works of BSNL are being done by TTA's, specially in rural area mosty TTAs are handling Exchanges, BTS, Power Plants, DSLAMs and even at some places MBMs, independently....

So it is requested to Management and leaders of Unions....
Dont degrade us...

Do you mean the management changed the designation from TTA to TS ?? Is the decision final ???
